Une application que je ne recommande a personne, ils te font payer et disent qu’il enverront un mail de rapport sur la recherche mais le mail n’arrive jamais et malgré çà ils ont l’audace d’essayer de prélever sur ma carte un abonnement mensuel a mon insu 😤

I inadvertently clicked on a link when I was trying to pay for parking, somehow the link snook in and it's very worrying how easily I managed to sign up and pay for a subscription I had absolutely no idea about! Any way my credit card company alerted me and I emailed Famio customer service. They did refund me and cancel the subscription for which I am very grateful for their understanding. Can't comment on the app as I've no idea what it is or does!

Es un timo. Dicen que la app es gratis y al final te cobran 2,99euros por 3 días y luego automáticamente 39,99 al mes. Y todo eso sin ni siquiera tener la app descargada. La suscripción es en la web por lo que no salen en las suscripciones de Apple o de tu teléfono para poder cancelarlo fácilmente. No tienes que volver a su web o mandar un email, al cual escribí y se negaron reembolsarme. Claro, solo cobran robando.

サポートが素晴らしかったです。
自分の携帯をなくし、パニックになってこの会社とは違う携帯追跡アプリをダウンロードし、インターネットのクレジット決済で課金してしまいました。
自分の場合iPhoneでしたので、iPhoneを探す機能で解決したのですが、、、。
この会社様のサポートセンターにお問い合わせし、日本語で対応して下さいました。
一つ一つご回答を頂き、会社名を伝えると他サイトだと教えていただいて落ち着きを取り戻しました。
他サイトで無事ログインでき解約できました。(解約できましたという画面が出た )
もし今後引き落としがある場合は、カードを停止し交換の申し込みをした方がいいとクレジットカード会社に回答をいただきました。
今は翻訳機能もありますので、誤って課金したことは勉強代だと思って受け入れました。
何を言いたいかと言いますと、
ひとまず落ち着いて、引き落とされたクレジットカード会社に連絡して経緯を説明し、引き落とし先会社名を教えてもらい、その会社にアクセスして、翻訳して利用規約または、解約手続きの画面を落ち着いて確認すると良さそうです。( 私の場合は )
まず自分の無知さゆえに課金してしまったことを反省すべきでしたので、同じような経験をもった他の方のお役に立てればと、レビューを共有させていただきました。
famimo様、ご迷惑をお掛けしすみませんでした。

Attenzione è’una truffa ti addebitano subito.3 euro e non fanno niente. Poi c’è il problema di bloccarli per altri addebiti Dopo. Due giorni ho ricevuto una proposta per fare un nuovo abbonamento a pagamento, del rimborso di 3 euro più uno già pagati senza ottenere niente non c’è nessun accenno.

I began the 3 day trial
I began the 3 day trial, quickly realized it didn't fit my needs and uninstalled the app before realizing my error. My bank informed me 3 days later of possible fraud due to charges on my account, so I emailed Famio to explain my predicament and they responded almost immediately to my satisfaction. Very timely and very helpful. Great customer service.
