Von 4 gelieferten Produkten waren 2 auf meiner Ausschlußliste (habe extra angegeben, welche Vereine/Länder ich nicht haben will, was ja ausdrücklich gewünscht wird).
Auf meine email wurde sich nicht zurückgemeldet.
Habe es dann per Chat auf der Seite versucht...keine Rückmeldung.
Daher habe ich dann eine Rücksendung beantragt...und warte seit 2 Tagen auf eine Rückmeldung.
Seit meiner ursprünglichen Kontaktaufnahme ist jetzt 1 Woche vergangen...da kann man schon mal eine Reaktion erwarten.
Ich habe jetzt Shirts hier liegen, die ich nicht haben will, und mein Geld scheint weg.

Bestellt wurde eine Vintage Mystery Ballerbox, angekommen ist jedoch ein altes ausgewaschenes Marseille Trikot von 2016/17, das Trikot ist absolut räudig stinkt und hat überall Flecken und auf meine Mail wird auch nicht geantwortet

Order #12323 (placed 5 July) was marked as "shipped" 10 days ago – but nothing has arrived and the tracking shows no movement. My second order #12419 (placed Sunday) is still sitting unfulfilled.
No reply to my emails so far. I'd like a working tracking number for #12323 or a refund, and a clear status on #12419. Happy to update this review once it's resolved.

Trikot zurückgeschickt aber kein Geld bekommen
Habe ein Trikot bestellt. Wurde auch relativ schnell geliefert. Leider hat das Trikot nicht gepasst und ich habe es zurückgeschickt, so wie es auf der Website im Rückgaberecht (das soll 90 Tage umfassen) beschrieben ist. Habe nichts gehört, dann mit diversen Mails versucht jemanden zu erreichen, aber es wird sich tot gestellt. Geld ist weg, Trikot auch, also eher einfach nur Betrug.
Ps.: man hat sich zwar aufgrund meiner Bewertung hier gemeldet, Geld habe ich immer noch keins zurückbekommen obwohl zugesichert, auf weitere Mails wird seit knapp einem Monat nicht mehr reagiert… läuft.
Pps.: Ich habe heute, ca. 10min vor Anpassung meiner Bewertung nochmals eine Mail bekommen. Kurz nach meiner Bewertungsanpassung kam dann die Storno und das Geld kam zurück…

Ich habe Ihre Bewertung soeben gesehen und Ihren Fall sofort überprüft. Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass in unserem Rücksendeportal keine Rücksendeanfrage zu Ihrer Bestellung registriert wurde. In unserer Rückerstattungsrichtlinie weisen wir darauf hin, dass Rücksendungen zunächst über das Rücksendeportal angemeldet werden müssen, damit sie korrekt Ihrer Bestellung zugeordnet und bearbeitet werden können. Nach meiner Prüfung scheint dieser Schritt in Ihrem Fall leider nicht erfolgt zu sein.
Das ändert jedoch nichts daran, dass es selbstverständlich nicht in Ordnung ist, dass Sie auf Ihre E Mails keine Antwort erhalten haben. Dafür möchte ich mich aufrichtig entschuldigen. Ich werde umgehend prüfen, warum dies passiert ist.

Update: Contact gekregen met een goed nieuw aanbod. Deze wordt deze week bezorgd.

Kreeg het vintage shirt snel toegestuurd. Was een serie D club(dat risico loop je natuurlijk bij een mysteryshirt). Bonus item was het bijbehordende broekje, ik had een extra shirt verwacht. Op vragen over retour reageert men niet. Niet via mail of socials.

Slechtste communicatie ooit.
Bijna 2 maanden aan het wachten tot mijn bestelling klaar is. Duurde eerst meer dan een maand voordat ik het überhaupt kreeg. Toen kreeg ik het en kreeg ik exact hetzelfde shirt als de keer ervoor terwijl ik aangaf die al gehad te hebben. Meermaals een mail gestuurd om het te retourneren voor een ander shirt, maar een reactie blijft uit na weken..
Een van de producten is ook kapot.
Een keer eerder al besteld hier, toen was de levering ook al traag en reactie snelheid ook uitermate slecht. Maar wel leuke producten dus gaf ze nog een kans.
Ondertussen helemaal klaar hiermee. Echt diep en diep triest dat je niet in staat bent binnen meerdere weken op een email te reageren, waar het alleen maar gaat om het omwisselen van een shirt.
Mag hopen dat er binnenkort nog eens een reactie komt op mijn emails??

Lieferung war ging schnell, die Frühlingsbox hat ihr Versprechen gehalten.
Leider war das vintage mysterytrikot nicht wie beworben aus 2018/19 oder älter, sondern aus der Saison 2022, dafür wurde mir die Erstattung oder ein weiteres Trikot angeboten.
Service war zufriedenstellend.

Support an kleine Jerseyshops
Hab mir 2 mal dieses Frühlings Superpaket geholt. Coole Shirts und auch Longsleeves dabei gewesen. Cool fand ich auch das Nationen dabei sind die man jetzt nicht direkt aufm Schirm hat. Das eine Shirt war mir zwar leider zu schmal aber ich hoffe das die Retoure genau so ohne Probleme verläuft wie auch der Versand zu mir. Werde definitiv nochmal bei MyBallerBox bestellen.

Vintage Lüge, Lange Lieferzeiten
Habe jetzt heute im Juli die Bestellung aus Dezember bekommen. Die angegebenen ,,Vintage“ trickots, waren aus 2022 und 2021 ca. Also insgesamt sehr enttäuscht, werde ich überall so weiter tragen, damit dort niemand mehr bestellt!!

The package came from Netherlands to Denmark, within 4 business days - Great and fast delivery!
We got 2 of the same shírt in XXL, that not even are a Match shirt from germany. It's not even a match shirt...
Then for the XL, was a dirty, worn, and overly perfumed Columbia shirt...
A disapointing event of mystery boxes...

I have just checked your order and would like to clarify one point. The XXL shirts you received were the Germany 125th Anniversary Shirt (2025/26). This is an official match shirt, so the statement that it is "not even a match shirt" is unfortunately not correct.

Top, habe das Frühlingsspezial für 69,99€ bestellt. 2 Trikots plus eine kurze Hose on Top. Das ist ein super Preis wenn man weiß das Originale Trikots zwischen 80 und 100 Euro kosten. Meine Erwartung war Mannschaften die keiner kennt, ich bin Sammler und freue mich auch über exotische Trikot. Drin war ein Feyernoord Rotterdam Trikot so wie das 3 Trikot von Arsenal London, beide aus der Saison 24/25. jetzt das Highlight, eine Hose von der Nationalmannschaft Andorra. Ich bin begeistert von der Bestellung. 5 Sterne definitiv. Nur kurz 69,99€ Ausgaben, Wert ; für die drei Teile ca. 120€. Das lohnt sich. Vielen Dank
