Really pleased with my cat mug.
Really pleased with my personalised cat mug. The cat colour and hair colour are perfect and the website was very easy to use when selecting the colours. My order arrived well packaged in just over a week. A great company to deal with.

Dear Joanne,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for any confusion caused.
We’d like to clarify that the 48-hour delivery refers specifically to the time it takes for the courier to deliver the parcel once it has been dispatched. As our products are personalised, there is an additional processing time of 1 to 3 working days to customise and prepare your order before shipping.
After reviewing your order, we’re pleased to confirm that it has now been delivered. We hope you are happy with your purchase, and if you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly—we’d be happy to assist you.
Thank you for your understanding!
Kind regards,

When I ordered my mug it was for a very special occasion, my dear friend who now lives in Austria. I needed it to come in time for her birthday. The delay wasn't anything to do with Muggby? It was the the carrier Evri that let me down. I did contact them and eventually it arrived with one day to spare for me to post. So fingers crossed she will receive it in time.
