Mrs. Alice Recenzje

Really loved the tablecloth online and it looked every bit as good when it arrived. Delivered very quickly and beautifully packed. A lovely shopping experience!

Mrs. Alice has beautiful things and I like beautiful things.
furthermore their customer service is excellent.

Delightful product speedily delivered 👌

What a fabulous collection - I wanted everything! My rattan bowl is perfect for holding Easter treats and for any other occasion.

Well made with good attention to detail (I’m quite picky when it comes to (my) quality control!) using beautiful fabrics. The price is pretty good too!

The main item that I had ordered specifically for Easter, given the mega Easter campaign by Mrs Alice on Instagram outlining deliveries would arrive BEFORE Easter (I deliberately placed order some weeks back) were not shipped. When I eventually proactively emailed after some weeks to understand what was causing hold up, I was told main item would arrive AFTER Easter and would that be okay. I am sure there was a good reason for this hiccup but a) maybe proactively update your customers when there is an unexpected delay b) don't make a song and dance over your boatful Easter decorations if you plan to send them to customers after event has passed.

Fantastic shop and absolutely superb customer service. We bought some Easter Egg trees and since they were damaged during shipping they were replaced within days! I have never experienced such a nice and customer friendly service! Most recommended!

Easy to order from a gorgeous range and very quick delivery. Love my soft and beautiful pink chick, Clara which arrived beautifully packaged

Their decor is very tasteful and sophisticated. I have made multiple purchases at their site , the items look exactly as pictured and described on their website and they arrive delightfully n carefully packaged. Every small detail is well designed, executed, packaged and delivered, it shows they take tremendous pride in their products. I love browsing the blog and getting ideas, it's like a free master class on design and decor. Love it ! Keep up the great work ! And thank you for putting a smile on my kids faces and my husband's face too, they love those decorations as much as I love putting them up.

Lampshade is beautiful and well made. Very pleased. Delivery was quick once the order was dispatched.

awful company selling products that arrived with chipped paint, and then ask you to send them back without a refund, complete scam and waste of time, way overpriced

Mrs. Alice is one of my favorite go-to places for decor. I know I'll find something delightful and whimsical to fit my exact needs. Ordering as always super easy. The website presents well and is extremely user friendly. The quality of products is superior. Items arrive well packaged. I love gifting items from Mrs. Alice because of the attention to detail. Delivery times are always prompt. Today I received glass lantern tea light holders that are the perfect addition to my informal kitchen dining table. As usual, I am delighted with my purchase!

The topiary arrived beautifully wrapped. They look a bit smaller than photo but I lov e them regardless

We are very impressed with the quality and value of the side table and tissue holder we purchased. Both products are incredibly well made. Shipping was fast also. The items were packaged very well and we were surprised at the welcome tote! Would recommend this shop to anyone.
