This stuff is literally junk

This stuff is literally junk. I'm not sure how they managed to have such a high Trust Pilot score (which I normally trust). The prices are insanely high so i expected a high quality fabric for the linens I chose. Instead I received essentially less than ikea quality fabric (printed on one side) which completely washed out after one washing. Literal junk. Do not buy from these folks.

Just warning people not to buy from…

Just warning people not to buy from this company. Firstly, no phone number clear on their site to call them. I ordered something nearly a month ago and asked them to cancel and send me a refund as it was for Christmas. They assured me it would be dispatched that day to receive Christmas Eve (with no apology on the delay). Unsurprisingly, it still hasn’t been dispatched. Please can someone contact me ASAP from the email I sent out for a full refund.

I really love all the products

I really love all the products. However like the last person, I ordered on 12/05/25 and have yet to receive the items. So disappointed that I spent so much money for new Christmas table linens and will not have the items for my Christmas.

I can see that your order included a pre-order item, which was noted at checkout and also confirmed in your order confirmation email as not due to ship until 16 December. Because of this, the order was held until all items were ready to ship together.

I can also confirm that the order has since been fulfilled. That said, I completely understand how frustrating it is when timing doesn’t work out as expected, especially for Christmas plans.

Let down

Placed order on 6th dec still not arrived on 23rd dec. Was promised it shipped out last week but clearly it didn’t, clearly I need the order for Christmas. I am sure it’s a busy time for them but don’t accept Christmas orders that you can’t fill. Last Christmas order date was advertised as 19th dec! Customer service is non existent.

I ordered on 12 December and it is 19…

I ordered on 12 December and it is 19 December now. The website is showing that the order was not even fulfilled yet. I am not longer able to wait for the delivery as I was planning to take it with me to the Christmas destination. Quite disappointing after claiming next day delivery and it is now quite late to look for substitutes. Waiting for team to come back and return the money I paid for it.

Schwierige Lieferung. Kein erreichbarer Kundendienst

Ich habe vorletzte Woche vier Teller bestellt. Laut Sendungsverfolgung irren diese jetzt durch Deutschland. Laut Trecking waren sie zur selben Zeit bei uns Nähe Aschaffenburg und in Raumheim Nähe Mainz, aber da ohne Adressangabe!
Bisher bin ich enttäuscht, man kann niemanden kontaktieren. Sehr schade! Teuer war es auch!

Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware!!! We ordered our Christmas table scape in OCTOBER and now a week before Christmas we STILL haven't received it. All these excuses about it being stuck in customs, ya da ya. OCTOBER!!!! SO DISAPOINTED.

Damaged goods and no refund. Avoid this company.

I ordered 2 beautiful Christmas trees for my tablescape. One tree had pearls that need to be reattached and the second tree arrived with a broken base. In addition, the bubble wrap around one of the trees was dirty. I wrote Mrs. Alice and was offered a $30 refund on an order that was $268.

Gorgeous products

Gorgeous products, fast shipping with lovely packaging. This is one of the few places I can find large round tablecloths that aren’t plain, both that I have bought are fantastic quality and help my dining table, especially at Christmas look fab!
