Still waiting (more than a week later) for a response about replacing a broken plate that was delivered as part of my order despite sending images and an explanatory email.

Shocking response to a complaint about an item that arrived with a damaged box and peeling labels on the glasses, making it unsuitable as a gift. Despite this, the company refused to cover the return postage for a refund, which is very disappointing.

Perfect items, great packaging and the chocolate was a welcome surprise!

The online buying process was very easy and the packages were received in a reasonable amount of time and no breakages

Lovely products once received but communication was poor. My order was acknowledged via email immediately but 10 days later I had not received my order or any communication updates. I emailed to chase it up and received a reply 48 hours later stating that they were waiting for stock but didn’t let me know there was a delay in dispatching my order. I have bought from this company many times over the years and they are usually a 5* so perhaps it was an oversight on this occasion. The products/crockery was beautiful!

Arrived on time, nothing broken so that was good as box looked squashed and slightly damaged. Items as expected and ias they were on offer, good price.

Good product at a competitive cost. Well packed and arrived safely.

I ordered a Bunnykins set from Havens for my new Grandson for Christmas on 28th November, from what I believed was in stock, as I noted that some other items stated "out of stock". I then received an email on 9th December informing me that the stock they were expecting in before Christmas would not arrive until week commencing 5th January, and would be sent out for delivery the same working day.
However, i next heard from Havens on 30th January that it was out for delivery that day, and I received my package on 2nd February.
I had looked at other supplies of the paticular set I wanted, and their sites clearly stated "out of stock". Had I known Havens were also out of stock, I would not have ordered.
The 2 stars given are for the very secure packaging in which it arrived.

Professional and prompt . Havens acknowledged my purchase and promptly confirmed delivery details . Delivery updates were prompt .
Delighted with the service and would recommend dealings with Havens .

The floral Ginori cup was not the quality I expected. Nothing was in its original packaging.

I was very nervous to order wedgewood mugs from overseas but the arrived today safe and sound.

Having placed a £60 order, I recieved the following email confirmation: “ If your item is not in stock, we will obtain lead times from the suppliers and contact you with further information via email. Please be aware that we do not hold stock of most ranges and items will be made to order.”

Had I been aware of this, I would never have placed the order, but I can see no mention on their website that they don’t actually have the items they sell in stock. 2 weeks later, order still has not been despatched, and no response as yet to my email requesting a refund. Very disappointing.
