From the first meeting with Darcey who was friendly , polite and helpful and managed to come up with a great offer to the service provided from the window fitting team who were excellent and went above and beyond to fix a problem caused by the surveyor , done a great job and left no mess behind, everything was superb and delighted with my new windows . Highly recommended

Mark, Steven and Jamie were brilliant. They did a great job, tidied up and were very pleasant throughout. I am pernickity and could find no fault. The windows and doors are lovely and great quality. I intended to use them again when replacing my front door.

Unfortunately, the customer service and admin side need revised as they have let the company down. There was no pre installation call to confirm they were still coming and having paid the company I still have had no reply to my email asking for confirmation that they received the payment, almost two weeks later. Disappointed considering the doors and windows are lovely.

Avoid this company.
They do not keep you up to date with progress.
We had to do all the foot work to get our warranty when they should have done it.
They want payment while guys are still on site.
They leave a mess on your walls and don't cement it, you do it yourself or have to hire a plasterer.
We were told it was the architects job to get the warrant, we waited and waited and finally took it into our own hands and had the warrant accepted within 1 week after waiting 4 months for the company and the architect to get the job done. We had to phone them on a weekly basis for an update.
Job started in August 2022 and French doors finally put in, in January 2023. The guys were still tidying up their equipment and we got a phone call looking for payment. In my opinion this is very unprofessional.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
There were doors that I wanted and the salesman talked me out of them. They do not take into consideration what the customer wants.

Good efficient work, nice clean lines, friendly and skilled team, 100% would recommend.

We were having new windows put in on 27/01/2023,
MORe living called my wife on 26/01/2023 at 15:15 ro say they would need to cancel this and move it to the following week.
This was not suitable as i had taken time off work for this.
After several calls to the company and them blocking my wife's negative comments on Facebook it was arranged to go ahead on the original date.
Mark G and Stephen arrived at 09:00 and appologised for being late , even though we were told it would be mid morning.
Both men we great, hey cleaned up as they went along and by the time they had finished we were delighted with the results would recommend there guys very professional ,hard working and made sure we were happy with every window before they left.

First off the sales person Donald who came round was way better than any others I've had in the past. There was no hard sell, he gave me a fair and honest price with no nonsense tactics other companies used. He was also a really pleasant and personable person. Price I was quoted was less than expected so perfectly happy to buy from him, particularly since he was happy to leave the price with us for us to call him once we got finance sorted. Never pushed for any deposit there and then which was refreshing to see. Installation was completed to a high standard and haven't found any significant issues a few days later. Already noticing a difference with heat in the home so windows appear to be of a good quality, doing what they should. My only gripe, and it's minor, is a bit of a lack of communication following us paying our deposit to when we were getting our installation. I had to call the company twice to ask when we were getting the fitting when I kind of expected them to call me. In contrast the call to pay my final balance was received before the installers had even left the driveway. So I would definitely recommend the company, as there was no issue but perhaps their communication could be improved.

Very poor service from MORe when we ordered and paid for a very expensive kitchen. Initially designer got the dimensions wrong for the base cabinets and we ended up with a 6 inch gap that they wanted to leave, eventually rectified after much dialogue.

Installers seemed inexperienced and not expert including ‘electrician’ who “totty” jointed wires behind a wall that they were going to leave.

Installers randomly turning up and not staying long.

One cabinet door installed incorrectly and has now split.

No response from the company at all.

Would not use or recommend this company to anyone.

I sat down with Darcy to price out the installation. They sent a surveyor around when arranged. Mark G and Stephen came around this week and fitted three new windows for us. They did a brilliant job and tidied as they went. The quality of the work has been excellent and I’ll be going back to them for a new door in the near future

From Darcy who came out and sold us the windows and explained everything to us, to Mark and Stevie 2 really nice guys thank you, these guys were tremendous between taking out our old windows and fitting new they were relentless and cleaned up any mess as they went along and everything was taken away. Only thing we never received a follow up phone call as promised, but that is neither here nor there, we are delighted with the windows

Made an appointment for Alex sales rep to come and give me a quote. Felt very comfortable and at ease with being a single person, never felt pressured, was very knowledgeable about the company and passionate about working for them. Information explained in simple format on the way the windows are made and also the fitting. What I was also impressed with was that the windows were checked over by an inspector to make sure everything was up to speck before paying. Would highly recommend this company. Good Luck

The ease that all employees of this company made life simple for me in choosing windows, they are also courteous, well mannered, good humoured and Knowledgeable about there products, I would use them again.

The salesman was nice enough and knowledgeable but the pressure selling technique really didn’t work for us so we did not proceed with double glazing with this company. Apparently if we didn’t agree then or within the next few days the price would rise significantly. We explained our financial situation and then were told he would give us 15 minutes to call a family member to ask them for a loan of thousands of pounds! It was quite an uncomfortable experience.

Fitters arrived on time and were friendly and polite. The windows and doors were fitted quickly with no mess left behind. The whole process from choosing and fitting was remarkably quick and easy.

We were given support from day one, the salesman was knowledgeable and personable and on the day of the install everything went off without a hitch and the windows are of an excellent quality

Quality windows and Door. First class service, from the first contact with the company to the completion of the job. Kept informed of progress of job, minimum waiting time. Friendly experience from sales through to Installation. Would not hesitate to use More Living in the future.
