Initial contact was friendly, constructive and resulted in placing an order after paying the deposit, the installation engineer came after a couple of weeks to re check the initial measuring's and a date was arranged to install which was convenient to us, on the due installation day unfortunately the engineer was unable to arrive due to an unforeseen personal problem, and again a new date arranged and on which a team of three arrived and did an excellent job of installing all the windows to the front of the house in the day and we are completely satisfied with the work and the the windows are great. Well done More Living.

Polite ,professional service. Really good job , high quality at a great price. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Superb service start to finish. Fitters were meticulous and didnt leave until the new door was perfect, and the workmanship and finish was spot on.
Lewi even used his contacts to arrange us a new garage door too so we didnt have to deal with 2 separate companies.

My second attempt at a review for this company. More Living won’t respond to our emails, nor finalise the snagging work at our house, but are right on top of negative reviews on here. Trustpilot, despite being provided with all the proof relating to my last review, forced deletion because More Living complained. More Living ignores us, won’t contact us to resolve things and fix the issues but they’re right on to Trustpilot about a negative review. So, I can only advise anyone thinking of using this company to read *all* the negative reviews carefully and think hard about placing your trust in this company. Get everything in writing, check the contracts carefully and pay deposits with a credit card. For the people who’ve already experienced problems with More Living I’d advise you to contact your local Trading Standards. They’re really helpful. We’ve found Trading Standards to be of huge assistance following all of our problems with More Living. We’ve initiated charge backs with our credit card company, which thankfully is a very useful protection for consumers.

UPDATE: MD has sorted financial issues out. Company also promptly attended to a minor snagging issue lately, which was good. The windows are really good quality but unfortunately many of the uPVC window sills are a poor finish. We'll replace these with timber at some point in the future.

Great experience, from the sale guy right down the the installers. The windows are amazing and look fantastic!

Donald came out to our home to chat about their products and take measurements. He was very down to earth and knowledgeable about the products he was selling in particular windows and doors. He was also very passionate about his job we didn't feel like he was pushy there was no hard sale just great advice. He was also able to provide different options to help find something which may suit our budget.

The windows & door arrived quickly & the 2 guys appeared to do a decent job although they could’ve cleared up better.
However, the ‘drain’ covers for the back door were missing which I reported.
3 months later I’m still waiting for them to be fitted despite being promised they were being ordered & would be fitted asap.
I’ve phoned & emailed & am now not getting any response, hence this feedback. I feel I’ve been more than patient. It’s also now difficult to lock the door without leaning on it.
The windows & door weren’t cheap & I expected a professional service. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Just had 3 new much needed windows fitted at the back of my house & Mark G & Stephen who arrived earlier than expected which is better than late and did an absolutely fabulous job. Great guy’s & easy to just let them get on with their job.
I would recommend More Living to friends & neighbours for window replacements they might be considering.

I would recommend More Living Renovations for new windows and sills. We had been looking to get new windows as ours were wooden and over 30years old. We had been in our home for 2half years. The wood was worn away, seals had gone and windows were just past it. We had met with 5 company's and ended up going with More living Renovations, due to cost , quality and them changing our window sills from wood to PVC, the only company that said they could do that.

The sales lady called Darcy came to visit us and great first impression. She understood we had a price limit and She didn't try and be like other people we had met with adding expensive extra costs with things like scaffolding etc as other company's were saying we needed scaffolding and would add cost about £2000-£3000 for that and i know that wasn't true due to seeing people get windows fitted from inside there home and that's what More Living Renovations done, fitted the windows from inside of our home and also were the only company to fit new window sills to plus out of 5 company's/sales people we had met with she was the only one that brought a window up to our home to show us what we would be getting.
We stay in a block of 6 and we are on the second floor / top floor . We Didn't realise it was such a big window. Thought it would be a small sample and plus other company's even said they had windows in there cars but they weren't bringing them up the stairs.

We had our windows fitted a week ago by Tommy and his 2 sons and they fitted 8 windows in 1 day. They were so friendly and done an amazing job. When they came in they put sheets down everywhere they would be working to protect things like our carpets etc, took all rubbish away with them and hovered everywhere they had been working.
They were being extra safe outside to with us being on top floor checking outside for pieces of wood that might of fallen outside with removing them and picking / cleaning them up. No damage done to our walls or ledges as we were getting our window sills changed from wood to PVC and amazing quality and work they done with that to. No damage to our paint work on my walls or anything else. When they had finished fitting all our windows and window sills they gave us some tips and advice of taking care of them. Lovely and honest Sales lady Darcy was and amazing job Tommy and his 2 sons done fitting our new windows and sills.
Great honest and friendly service from everyone ,great cost and fantastic quality of windows and sills from More Living Renovations.

I am very happy with my new windows and doors supplied by More Living Renovations Ltd and fitted by Tommy and his sons.
The salesman who came out following my enquiry was very informative and helpful without being pushy in any way. He let the product speak for itself and as he brought samples showing how the doors and windows were constructed, I could see for myself the quality of the doors and windows.
The windows were fitted by Tommy and young Thomas over 2 days very neatly and efficiently, leaving no mess inside or out. I had expected the doors to be ready at the same time, but they took another 2 weeks. Tommy and his 2 boys came back and fitted them. It would have been better had it all been done at the same time, but it wasn't a great problem.
The front door was difficult to lock. A phone call to MoreLiving, and Graham came out and adjusted the door which now locks easily and smoothly.
The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful and kept me informed at all times..
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Installation of Windows was carried out by Mark G and Steven.The guys installed our Windows quickly ,cleaned up afterwards.They explained how to use the different window types.Doors to be fitted on Friday.

We met Darcey first of all, she was very helpful showing us designs, colours & patterns after listening to what we liked.
The (3 man) team were very pleasant, they cleaned up and finished well within the time window given.
We had windows & doors fitted.
We have had to call them to come back a couple of times, to make adjustments and they returned within a week each time.

Originally had someone come out to sell us their product in November 2022, but didn't want the doors fitted until mid January 2023 as we would be away for a few weeks. They were OK with this and arranged for the surveyor to come out to do his survey. After this was done we received 3 calls to make a date for a survey and we told them it had been done. On return from holiday we called to make a date for our doors to be installed only to be told that a survey had to be done before getting doors made up. Again we said the survey had been done but they said we would need another one done. On arrival the surveyor wasn't sure why he was out doing another survey as he remembered submitting the first one to the office (obviously got lost). We eventually got a date for the doors to be installed, only to be called at 5.45 the evening before to say the job was cancelled due to the installers being held up at another job. We eventually got another date which we accepted but were not given a time the installers were due and had to call the office to find out when they were likely to arrive.
The two installers , Mark G and Steven arrived and the first thing they did was apologise for being late, even although the office hadn't given us a time for them to arrive. The guys were very professional, quick and did a good job and cleaed up after themselves. If we hadn't had the problems to start with we would probably have given 5 stars

Since my windows were installed in December I have appreciated being able to turn down my boiler temperature - today I had my front & back door fitted by Mark & Stephen - great lads, Mark is so good - a real journeyman who has the experience to solve any problem. Can’t wait for them to come back & fit my French doors 💖

All windows and front door fitted by More Living. I was very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the experience from the initial meeting, the professional and tidy fitting with Tommy and his boys, through to the final result. A minor problem was quickly rectified. A good follow up and a very pleasant company to deal with.

Had a window replaced and the guy was quite hashy and bust my light bulb which fine it can be replaced. He also swore constantly and every second word that came out of his mouth was the f word. It was really uncomfortable hearing language like that and quite frankly disgusting. I wouldn't use the company again due to this. Totally unprofessional from start to finish. Avoid.

From start to fnish the people involved i.e. The salesman, the measuring man, the phone contact , the installation trio and their working on the task and their work ethic and conversation with me and upon completion the office settlement arrangement were ALL exemplary , in my opinion .
A really good experience and I would recommend them for this type of work
