Absolute joke of a company, glass is all coated and misty, it doesn't come off. You need a window cleaner as the windows don't turn around for cleaning. Anyone can pull them open fully from the outside if open any more than 10mm. Burglars dream NO safety catches. CON MEN, STEAR CLEAR!!! I've had water ingress in 2 windows since fitting. That they will not address even though it's only happened since they put the windows in.

All staff from initial contact to complete project were professional ,competent and helpfull. only comment was price of extra kes,£22.50 each.Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Do not use this company. Had my roof done and it's now leaking between me and my elderly neighbours house. Tried to call, number not in use. Found out that they have went BUST. Got hold of someone who no longer works for them as wasn't paid. 10yrs guarantee up the spout. Bloody fuming. If I find them I will not hesitate to name and shame them.

Grrrrrr. YOUVE RUINED EVERYTHING FOR ME. CON PEOPLE.

I just had new windows and door fitted. Young Dan came out and explained everything quality, style and price. Engineer came confirmed sizes. Then two weeks later Tommy and Danny fitted my windows and door. No mess, no fuss, very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. It's true you get what you pay for.

Just had 18 new windows fitted by Tommy and his boys and I have to say we have had 1st class service from start to finish good hard working team who never stopped and worked routinely cleaning up at the end no problems at all
From first contact to last no problems and everything dealt with in an excellent friendly manner. Really pleased with the quality of our windows as well. . Thank you More Living

The customer service is absolutley shocking, Sales man can talk the talk, got 5 minutes to pay deposit on 16/10/25, I cancelled my order on 19/10/25 before they measured up as I wasnt willing to proceed, the manager came out to visit us on 20/10/25 and I found out what we had wanted wasnt even what was ordered in the first place, kept cancellation in place.
John Rowan the Director of the company called on 28/10/25 apologising for all the lies I was told and wanted to keep our custom, he called again on 29/10/25 but we kept cancellation in place. I have now phoned and emailed the company so many times and still no communication or refund, Stay Clear!

Nearly £9K for a paint job on detached house! Overpriced work being sold to us as a government grant. We were subject to extreme hard sell and no cooling off period. In fact advised grant not available if don't decide there and then. Finance arranged on the spot. Pressured to sign up. Contractor (2 guys and a hired van and ladder) phone within a few hours to say a hired ladder would be delivered! Not scaffolding as implied! And that they would start in two days. Job was completed within 6 days of salespersons visit. Absolutely no 14 day cooling off period! Job not finished. Chimney not painted. Just an eyesore now and large debt to be paid off. Not retiring anytime soon then.

Lads on time. Very polite and helpful. Explain the new door fully. No mess left. Great.

Fantastic Job from Start to Finish!
Had new windows and a door fitted today and couldn’t be happier with the result. Gary and Kevin were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything was done to a very high standard — the new fittings look amazing and have completely transformed our house. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards, leaving everything spotless. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and great service!

Tommy and Daniel fitted three windows for us. They were efficient and professional and expedite in doing the job. The were clean and neat workers clearing up after themselves. Lovely guys couldn’t commend them more

Tommy and Thomas carried out the work to a high level of professionalism, even taking care of minor repairs and leaving the place neat and tidy.

Dean and Kevin have done a terrific job. They started by replacing my front and back doors. I asked specifically for them to come back and replace 2 windows at the back of my house. They came back today to complete the rest of my windows. I am particularly impressed by their helpful and professional work. They take pride in the work they do and tidy up after themselves. I would highly recommend both men for the work they have completed for me.

Fantastic service from this company from the outset. Dean and Kevin are so professional at their job fitting 7 windows and patio doors. All fitted in 1 day then came back today to do the finishings. Quick, friendly and very hard working. The windows and patio doors are top quality and I'm delighted. Can't recommend this company and the fitters they use enough.

The two young men, Dean and Kevin turned up yesterday to install the 3 bedroom windows and again this morning to finish the bathroom, kitchen and large living room window. They worked very professionally and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
My husband and I are extremely happy and even my wee dog got on well with the lads.

Dean and Kevin arrived promptly this morning, introduced themselves and checked the job to be done.
I was having two windows replaced so was expecting four men but Dean and Kevin were very professional working well together.
The job was completed in good time and they cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use the company again when I come to do the rest of my windows.

Dean & Kev did an immaculate job. Very clean, professional and quality of finish is perfect. They are very quick on the job too. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I purchased a French Door for my cabin. Door was delayed by manufacturer but the office kept me in the loop. Kev & Dean arrived on day expected and fitted door. They were really friendly lads and immaculately tidy when finished. Very happy with the job done.

Great company to deal with. All staff from the office staff, salesman Frank, Billie the Surveyor to Dean & Kevin the installers were brilliant. Very professional and provided a friendly, efficient service. Great quality windows & door installed to a very high standard. Overall a very tidy job done on Internal & external works which were completed timeously and the lads Dean & Kevin cleaned up after, so not a lot for me to do. Would highly recommend. Thank you
