I had contacted MLR left details regarding new windows. I always have my phone on silent , very persistent lady called Sharon left me lots of emails very nicely , asking me to phone her back , phoned her back to had an appointment with Rhys made for this afternoon, one of the nicest salesmen I have met , so professional explained how he wanted to go through company history , too make sure we understood the quality of products and professionalism of the company.
I was totally impressed with his presentation, we surveyed the windows required , he got a sample window for us to see the benefits of MLR windows, Rhys gave us a favourable price for great quality windows for my property in The Old School, Bridge of Weir,Rhys arranged for the survivor to come on Friday , That’s what I call a professional Sales person Thank you Rhys.

Can't recommend mlr maintenance highly enough , so professional from first appointment to the fitting of 11 windows, arrived when they says they would fitting team spot on with keeping us updated with installation very professional, quick and efficiently done our job then cleaned house too a great standard , price great , staff great would highly recommend 5 stars from me and my wife

Very pleased with the excellent service. From the survey stage right through to the fitting of the windows and front door. Sharon kept us up to speed with the progress an installation date. Tommy an Daniel did a excellant job of installing the windows and front door without minimal upheaval and constantly tidied up after themselves. The door was catching slightly at the bottom , one call to Sharon and the next day a fitter came out to make a slight adjustment to fix the problem. Excellent service would certainly recommend them .

Our old bedroom window fell out but MLR where excellent putting in new windows marked as urgent. Dean and Kevin where professional, cleaning everything when finished, super efficient and friendly with it. Would definitely recommend this team.

Very good company to deal with. They turned up on time and took all their rubbish with them once my double glazing had been fitted. My hubby and I were delighted with the standard of work and Tommy and his sons were very nice. Would highly recommend this company. All done in one day. The fitted a vary large window, some French doors, and two other windows, as well as redoing my
Panel under the large window , and cutting out part of a wall and blocking it off using panel and insulation on the outside and plaster boarding the inside of my kitchen ready for plastering. Great job. Price was very reasonable and the team at MLR were very good from start to finish.

100% recommend this company as the service I received was superb from the start with John & Billy …..9 windows & 2 doors fitted to the highest standard in 2 days …fitters were fab friendly and a good laugh they never stopped…left my house clean & tidy big shout out to Tommy Thomas & Daniel…..best price… Was quoted a fortune for just 9 windows from other company….if you need new windows & doors this is the company you should definitely use.

Can’t fault this company any shape or form we were in constant correspondence regarding fitting dates .
From visiting our home and sending quotation was so straightforward we order a large bay window wasn’t quite sure if this would work on our existing window frame we were reassured this wasn’t a problem the cost was well in our budget that was a bonus.
The fitter’s arrived on time and we so polite and professional they left everything clean and tidy absolutely brilliant 👍

Highly recommend MLR, just had all new windows and a new front door fitted by them. Amazing service from start to finish was kept informed every step of the way. Couldn’t fault the guys who came out to carry out the job, friendly, professional, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up everything when they were done. Also found them to be much more reasonably priced compared to other quotes I had and found the windows and door to be of better quality.

The job was completed inside the agreed time, the workmen were very efficient and friendly, all mess was cleaned up afterwards.

MLR replace some of our double glazed windows, they went out of their way to let us know the ones that did not need to be replaced saving us money. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and also the similarity to our existing windows, you cannot tell them apart. The installation of the windows went without a hitch, there was a bit of damage when replacing the kitchen windows which was brought to our attention and was attended to much to our satisfaction. The installers were friendly and professional they arrived at 10 am replaced 7 windows and were away late afternoon. would definitely use them again and definitely would recommend them 100%

We’ve just had our new windows fitted by MLR and they’ve done a fantastic job from start to finish. The workmanship is excellent, everything was completed to a high standard, and the team were professional and tidy throughout. We’re really pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend MLR to anyone looking for new windows.

I recently had a new bathroom window fitted. Found the Company really easy to deal with from the point of choosing the window, ordering, to then arranging the installation. The fitters arrived on time and had the old window out and the new one installed in less than 1.5 hrs. Great job done, really tidy and took the old parts away.
