Service is diabolical they rely on Royal mail who give moonpig a bad name?
ordered 2 cards(1 large,1 xlarge) large card went to the wrong address,xlarge card never delivered on due date.

My son also sent me 2 cards for my birthday,one arrived today,the other one didn't and both cards were mixed up by moonpig with both having the incorrect greeting i.e. one from grandson had Dad and vice versa.Even after reviewing and confirming correct details???

Diabolical really for who apparently are the leading internet card company? not for long with this sort of showing !!!

Perhaps employing the wrong folk

Terrible, 4:different cards to 4 different addresses in Ireland , every single one missing ... Not good enough , offered 5 euro compensation ( like I'll use them again ! )

I’m sorry your card, chocolate and wine for Lisa wasn’t delivered. I can see that it was dispatched, however the courier returned this to sender. I can see that you have opened a dispute with your bank for the charge and this does mean I am unable to refund the items. If you can withdraw your dispute, I will be able to issue the refund of £55.97.
This is evidence of a moonpig email of them refusing to refund my money even though in all my attempts they still won’t refund me. They told me to reschedule was nothing able to reschedule they got their stuff back and think they can keep my money don’t worry my bank will get it back from you scumbags soon

Moonpig was great the first time when I was sending the card. However, I do not need to be reminded every year of people I have wasted my life on. Quit sending me reminders thanks

Did not and have not sent the ecard which was ordered in good time (besides this is electronic, it doesn't even require a monkey to operate and still you are unable or unwilling to get it right.
When ordered and receipt obtained for order I was informed that I would be notified of when the card was sent. No such notification was sent or received. The order number is: 24347QGWU2K, and would like my money back! Merry Christmas!!!!

The postage was nearly £10.00 which is way too much these days

Despite being ordered in plenty of time the card did not (and has not ) arrived by the guaranteed date. Very complicated to use the site for card preparation and with postage costs is expensive.

I’ve used moonpig for years I’ve never really needed to contact customer service until today I needed to contact them on two occasions for two separate issues both times the customer service was awful they don’t want to talk to you they just want you to go away, really poor service very disappointing from a long time customer.

I will never again use Moonpig as my card provider service. After spending nearly 2 hours creating and customising 11 cards I made a genuine mistake logging in to my account. For some reason I had been logged out of the app. However I coudlnt remember my login details. This resulted In me somehow managing to log into Moonpig using the wrong credentials. When I logged in with the correct credentials all my cards had vanished. So I contacted customer support in the hopes they could help. I was put through to Kitty who I have named because they thought it would be funny to essentially say there was nothing they could do. Then leave a remark saying next time I should check which account I'm logging in to first before cutting me off the chat. Due to medication I suffer from memory problems, I don't appreciate customer service operatives thinking they are clever with quippy remarks! Kitty I hope your manager sees this review. I will be deleting my Moonpig account and using a competitor going forwards!

I will not be using this company again ...it took me ages to design a special card for a 90 th birthday and it didn't arrive on the day its ruined the suprise and the day has gone now .
I want a company to deliver on time this is just not good enough .
