Ordered a birthday card for my daughters birthday with photographs, hasnt turned up. You get no proper answers from the website!! This is the second time this has happened and i will never order from here again! Fuming!

Moonpig might make you a saving offer when you buy from them. This leads to a subscription with a bunch of scammers called completesave.com and you suddenly have a subscription with them for £18 a month which you didn't know about.
I'm closing my account with moonpig today and will never use them again

I ordered a card for my daughter, but a week later, it still has not arrived at her address.
I've been unable to get any answers from Moonpig, just a generic bot reply. Very disappointing.

I received an email from Moonpig stating they resolve would the issue of 2 x missing envelopes from my Mothers day cards.
I tried to contact them as requested but was met with an extremely annoying,useless chat both who couldn't help so I tried the phone number for customer service & it doesn't exist. I will not order from them again bec6of the messing around for just 2 envelopes.

A company that allows hate correspondence to be sent & drags their feet when police are involved for information. There will be a prosecution one way or another!!!!!!

After initially having a problem with quality of flowers received as a gift, once Moonpig customer support team traced the order and became aware of the issues they were polite, understanding, respectful and helpful by sending mum fresh and a much improved item. Many thanks for all the support from Customers Service.

I usually use Moonpig for birthday cards and gifts for my family, who all live far away. It's very good for that, although expensive for what you get. However, do not use Moonpg for group cards! They are terrible! I recently set one up for a colleague who was leaving and thought I'd go to Moonpig because of the good choice of cards. I sent out the link and collated the messages but there's no option to print the card beyond this point. There's also no way to download it, or zoom in on the card. The messages were so tiny they were completely unreadable! It's such a shame because my colleague has now gone and we had to give her a terrible card that she can't read! Moonpig needs to do better when it comes to group cards, or stop selling them. Don't waste your time and money!

Not a good company neither are there products in the slightest worthy of a postage stamp

Moonpig photo cards are an excellent idea for friends and family particularly if you live away from them.
The cards always get good response from people I send to.
The messages are what you make up and are specific to the individual.
The cards always arrive on schedule.
The only downside I found is trying to add an address of a flat number then the
road name-
As not enough boxes to add that additional information but I have already fed back that fault to moonpig.
Hopefully it will be altered on their website to
make it easy to put in the full correct address details..
Also it is extremely economical to pay the annual club fee as then all postcards are free you just pay the postage charge which is brilliant. I joined that a year ago and regularly send friends and family postcards a lovely way to keep in touch.

You told me to explain on here wat had gone wrong so here goes i ordered a personalised card with wine and chocs i was told it would be there nxt day it wasnt so i missed my sister in laws birthday and this isnt the 1st time its happened before with my niece her card and large chocs turned up 2 days late

Ordered a card on 6/2/25 for Valentine’s Day, first class delivery, on 13/2/25. As of today 18/2/25 the card still hasn’t been delivered…
Obviously affected Valentine’s Day plans negatively. Contacted moonpig to resend card complementary for their mess up and best they could do was offer to resend it… 4 days afterwards.
Great way to keep customers.

Card ordered 13th for granddaughters birthday on 17th. It was never received! I had to chase it up and was told they had lost it so don’t rely on Moonpig for special birthdays.

Sent card guaranteed next day delivery, was needed as it was Valentine’s Day the next day. Royal Mail Tracker said, delivered to the wrong address in error!!! didn’t turn up, I was really upset as was supposed to be a nice surprise.
Apparently, it’s turned up somewhere as a photograph of proof of delivery, don’t know where this is… Paid for guaranteed next delivery will be asking for a refund.
I hear that Royal mail is in trouble, the sooner it goes under Andy scrapped the better, so this appalling useless organisation, they deserve to go out business, not the Royal mail like it used to be. As for Moonpig using them after all these complaints, they’re pretty useless organisation and a rip-off. I certainly won’t be using them again and would not recommend.

I received a card with no envelope & on emailing moonpig they instantly re sent the order. So very understanding.
Fabulous cards I shall definitely order from them again & recommend them.

Why are Moonpig allowing the bunch of crooks who are "complete Save" to rob their customers?
The answer: they are likely getting a kickback from this bunch of scammers.
Today I contacted my bank because I did not recognise a pernding payment of £18 to this company.
My order to Moonpig (order No:
25004S6K76S) was for £12 for a card inc postage
The person I spoke to at Nat West told me she had been caught in precisely the same scam, so the company are likely organising the scam on an industrial scale.
Incidentally, I had cancelled my debit card between my Moonpig order and "complete Save"attempting to take payment but I was told by Nat West, the company can attempt to claim payment from your latest debit card.
Despite the cost, I quite like the Moonpig but I will definitely cancel my account after this experience and I would recommend others to do the same.
The risk of being scammed is simply not worth it.

Beware of using Moonpig they will take your money but will not deliver your goods to me that's theft

The cards are really cute. The delivery service ALWAYS FAIL. Even the e-card was not delivered.
Good thing is that they resend stuff again at no cost when you let them know their mistake, bad thing is that then stuff ends up arriving twice (laaaaaaaaate, but twice) and you look like a obsessed with sending cards psycho 😒
