Lack of user refunds - Partner issues
I got about 1.9k stuck at modulr. They have ignored past emails about issues with a partner (they responded to a few. Mostly the one where the partner blamed Modulr for stuff)
Modulr have ignored past emails about GDPR issues, Security Issues and general company issues and respect (all this is about a partner)
No responds via emails from modulr. I sent them weekly-daily emails.
Ontop of the 1.9k. The partner they work with owes me 249eur + sub cost.
Edit: 2025-07-17: they left a responds. If they looked at the stuff I sent in and just spoke with the partner they would know those channels ended while back.
As well anything fiat releated is on Modulr to handle. So the delays is on Modlur at the end of the day.
Also Modulr have been fully aware of the issues after I told them about 2 or so months ago (if not 3). So the "thanks for brining it to our attention" is just PR. DNB have also forwarded my complaint to them.

Sage Payroll Problems
After many days of being unable to access compnay payroll - The Modulr team were superb when I contacted them for help (which was many times in the end) Calming, reassuring, knowledgable and very efficient. I have been scammed and lost £1,000 and can’t get my money back. Reported to Revolut.
Great product does what it should and if not great support
Works very well makes paying 50+ employees simple and accurate integrated with Xero, when it does occasionally not do as it should the support is exceptional.

Modulr has been a great tool for paying the Companies payroll. It is easy to use and if you have any queries the technical staff are always at hand to help, quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed and would recommend Modulr.

Modulr is good; the support team are outstanding
I recently transferred my payroll processes to a new provider and decided to run all of the payments through Modulr to simplify the submission, authorisation and payment processes. As a new convert to Modulr's systems, I had more than a few questions, many of which were probably quite basic, but all of which were asnwered with professionalism and patience.
Modulr's system is a good (I want to make payments and it made payments), but it's the support team that really made a difference for me.
In a world where it seems to be the norm to farm telephone support functions out to far-flung countries with heavily accented operators who have been trained to follow a script and not much more, Modulr's support team are a shining example of how things should be. Polite, helpful, reponsive, attentive, answering even the most stupid of questions (and looking back, I asked more than my fair share of them) and never losing focus on the end-game of making their customers happy.
Thanks to Sophie who helped me with one of my issues, but particular thanks to Thomas who endured several days of my ridiculous questions but both of whom ensured that my pyroll payments were all made on time. They are both a credit to their company and to themselves.
