After seeing the Parisian stroll bag on Instagram I was so excited to order this bag, it looked amazing and so much so I ordered a shoulder bag in the same suede from their website as a Christmas gift for my daughter.
Both arrived yesterday.
OMG!!!!!
I'm stunned at how dreadful both pieces are, nothing suede about them. I just hope I can return them.
Dreadfully Disappointed .

Terrible - not only was the bag I received damaged with some type of red stain, but it had an a very strong odor. An odor that seemed to resemble a zoo. God knows what factory this bag is manufactured in and the conditions! I sent a note for a refund and I was told I am responsible to ship the return to china ! Really ?! OR accept a 20% refund and I get to keep the bag ! Seriously ! Such a scam

I bought one of their bags. The Parisian one. Horrible. Horrible material and horrible workmanship. What a rip off. I can buy a better bag in the street.

Purchased a bag. Horrible cheap and a waste of money. DO not by. I have been trying to return and get my money back and have not heard back.

I urge everyone to NOT purchase from this online store. It is a scam; this so called business is a front for a company in China, pretending to be a US store. I made the grave mistake of purchasing from this store, and ultimately regret it. They advertised a pair of high end slippers but sent a large, bulky piece of plastic instead. When I requested a refund, they refused to acknowledge me until I filed a dispute with PayPal. That's when they responded and attempted to bribe me by offering 20% of the cost as long as I kept the product. After I declined their offer, they continued increasing their offer until it reached 40%. I continued declining, until they ended up giving me an address to China instead of the US. Their website does NOT have a refund policy, except to e-mail them. The total cost of sending it to China would cost more than the slippers itself. If anyone is reading this, please do NOT purchase from this company. It will cause you a lot of headache and issues.

Ordered a beautiful, large brown shopper type bag and received a very cheap tiny cross over bag which is a completely different colour (more camel).
Emailed and now waiting for their response as surely this is false advertising!?

Took forever to get sandals. I finally got them and what’s dissapointment. Can totally see how cheap they are. The bottoms slide. No grip. You have to hav a huge thick foot for the Velcro straps to work. They are way too long. Now I have to pay for the return shipping. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give a zero then I would. I ordered two pairs of shoes July 28th and still no shoes. I emailed as there are no numbers and get same response. It’s coming may take up to 10 business days. We are way beyond 10 business days and the tracking number provided has no delivery date just some random location it is supposed at. The tracking company is not a known company. Stay far away!!
