Do not order from this company! They do not disclose upfront that returns are to China at your expense and offer 20% of $60 to return the item. The purse is rock hard plastic and so stiff. Very cheap quality. Run from them! Don’t order.

Very bad quality totally waste of money

The item ordered took several weeks to arrive. It was not as it appeared on the website. They also sent an incorrect size - two sizes up from what I ordered. Not wearable at all. Don't shop here.

Items do not look like the photos at all, I wish I researched this company before placing an order.

Product sent does not look the same sa the product on the website. Product was shipped from California but customer service wanted me to return the product all the way to China with me paying for the shipping.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam and bag is absolute rubbish. No way of returning so you are left £47 out of pocket.

Waited a long time for the order .I ordered only one bag and received two bags and was charged for two. Very poor quality I gave the other bag away to a coworker couldn't charge them I didn't want to be embarrassed if it fell apart.Never again would I order without seeing it first .

Reporting to BBB and filing complaint. Company website return policy falsely misleading-does not say that return policy is 20% of purchased price of item and that only option for return is to send to address in China. This is a scam.

I mean honestly it’s not terrible. It says on the site it’s vegan suede so if you’re expecting suede it’s not.
Others complained it was super weak material and the bottom was flimsy but I think it’s relatively sturdy.
My only issue with bag is I wish handles were bigger to fit over shoulder.
Also yes, the shipping seems kind of shady with “omg” as the start of the tracking number but it only took a little over a week from order to delivery.
Is it worth $70? Probably not but I’d buy it again at $40.
After reading all the bad scary reviews I was super worried so was pleasantly surprised.

Do not order from this company. It’s a scam. They will send you a piece of rag clothing with no tags or labels and then claim that you received what you ordered. Luckily, I took pictures of the item and the USPS tracking number. Needless to say, when I reached out to them, they never responded. Buyer beware. Look up brushing scam USPS.

DO NOT ORDER from Modavo. There merchandise is not good quality. Didn't receive half my order, and to return a item you have to ship to China. Do your research save your time and money.

I ordered the bag on 11/30/24. It read it would take 3-5 days to receive. The tracking is ridiculous - there is no shipping company listed and very vague. "Parcel handed over to the last mile"? I emailed them and asked them the name of the company shipping it and they never responded. I also told them that if I didn't receive it in a week I would stop payment on my credit card, which I did. Two days later, they sent me an email telling me they were refunding my money. It is such a scam. DO NOT order a handbag from them.

This bag is as terrible as their customer service and return policies. The bag is flimsy with cheep fabric (it is not even a good quality fake suede- it's just cheep fuzzy cloth). There is no structure to the bag, no reinforcement to the bottom and it looks terrible with anything of any significant weight in it because it does not hold it's shape in any way. The seams are frayed and unfinished looking, nothing I am willing to carry out in public. Unfortunately, the return policy is either a low percentage of a refund and keep the bag or spend over $30 to ship it all the way to china, even though the bag is shipped to you from the US. The worst customer service ever - NEVER buy from Modavo EVER. Especially not online that you can't see the awful quality of crap they sell.

Modavo is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY the product is so cheap has no lining. Strings sticking out everywhere, the seams have pink backing do not waste your money. Costs more to return to get money back like over $200 to ship items back. These items are not even gift worthy sad to say they ended up in the goodwill pile!

This company is a total scam! I regret that I didn't search for reviews before placing an order. I didn't see such a low quality of the bag in a long time - the fabric, fitting, stitching, smell - everything is horrible, no way it could cost 60 euro. So the scam scheme is following - they send you this kind of horrifying product and when you ask for the refund they offer you only 20% of refund and to keep the bag (which no one in their right mind would ever wear). So don't repeat my mistakes and never order from them

Items are extremely poor quality. Misleading and inaccurate items look nothing like what I received. I asked to return.. They offered 20% to keep it. I spent a $100 usd and that 20% is disrespectful

Zero stars scsm . Do not buy this trash. They will not refund you . You have to pay for refurn back to china . They false advertise as a US company but they are in China. Lies and the material is Trash!! I would not pay 5.00’for this crap . False advertisement .

I echo everything each purchaser has also written in their review, except that I was foolish enough to purchase three. I was shocked at the low quality of this handbag once I received it. I, too, have written requests for a return label. I received a reply stating I may return the bag at my own expense to an address in China or they will refund me 20% and I can keep my bags. I do not want these bags. Yes, they are that bad. I responded with pictures of the defects and I also explained that they were falsely advertising these bags as coming from the U.S. They do not deserve one star, but I had to give them something in order to review the bags. DO NOT PURCHASE.

UPDATE: I filed a dispute with my credit card company and gave them all the info about this company. On the same day, I received an email from Modavo and they had refunded the total amount.
