Total scam. Products are junk and although they say they accept returns , the address they make you return it to is in China so it is very expensive. It is misleading since website says Monaco US. Will check to see if this is legal.
Stay away.

NEGATIVE STARS SHOUKD BE AN OPTION Ordered the “It” bag Horrifically cheap quality for $60 It looks like a bag you would maybe pay $10 for On Temu-notably my Temu purchases have been better quality for notably less.
They do not pay for returns - you either take a 20% discount-Hardly enough given quality or you ship back to China at your own cost. They do not respond to emails timely. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND/COMPANY. SCAM

Worst Product Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

This bag was by far the worst product I have ever purchased in my life. The quality is absolutely horrible, and the company should be reported to the BBB—they should not be allowed to sell anything! The bag looks completely different online compared to what you receive. The material isn’t even real leather or decent faux leather; it’s something far worse.

Do yourself a favor and RUN from this website. Don’t waste your money or time. I gave them 1 star because that’s the minimum allowed, but honestly, it deserves far less. You have been warned!

I had to give a 1 star to write this review, absolutely FRAUDULENT advertising. I contacted them multiple times about delivery delays mentioning how beautiful the bag is. Package finally arrived on my doorstep after 9 pm, my son arrived home from a night out at 12:30 am to announce I had a package. The next morning, I open it see a poor quality purchase, bad stitching, not what I purchased. Sent them an email expressing my disappointment and desire to return and receive a full refund. I have gotten the credit card company involved. Modavo claimed to be an American company, false and lies. This is a China based company.

Awful quality and really no way to return unless you want to ship back to China!!!!! Do your research and do not buy from this company. They will probably change their name and continue scamming people

The bag I received is horrible!!!!! nothing like the picture and totally misleading. Feels and looks VERY CHEAP.

If i can write negative 0 i would. they are stealing the copyright of another model and these pictures are coming from different stores. The quality is a scam and the holder of the website are scamming us. The store is in china and it says US. the quality was a joke of that jacket it felt like something you would buy for halloween and wear one day as a costume. dispute your charge! they will charge you for the return to china.

Just like everyone who wrote a review. I too was SCAMMED. I believed the video reviews and fell for it. The Bag interior lining from the website is different. The website photos are from the original designer which is deceiving. Do not buy from this website. !!!! I messaged them 3 times and zero response. I’m disputing it with the credit card company. Total BS😡

Bought a bag that looks like $5, super cheap, not good fabric, impossible to return as it asked me topay for the label to China! same as other reviews, do not buy from them! It's a SCAM.

They claim the purses made in Italy but No way! They look very cheap and are sent from China. Don't be fooled by their online advertisings.

The Brown suede Modavo bag is a totally SCAM. To return the horrible bag, you have to send it to China! Off course the return is ridiculous expensive. So they offer a 20% refund and keep the bag.
Please do not believe in the videos or pictures. The bag it is a totally waste of money.

Every single comment in this thread is true. I experienced it all — influenced on social media, ordered Parisian strolls bag — fake suede and stitching coming out, flat bag and the wrinkles won’t come out. Was offered a 20% discount or refund to an address in China at my expense. They are acting like they are doing business in the US. This is all fraudulent and deceit.

The suede bag is absolutely horrible ! The suede if it is suede is cheap the lining is cheap the bag is small and has an odor. Totally misrepresented !!! Total rip off do NOT buy this bag .

Follow Up review. I decided to pay to return to China it cost $30 from Massachusetts. I figure I got back 70% of my money by subtracting the cost to return. Better than 30%! They did refund the 100%. I learned a lesson, stay off the internet at 2am! All these China places can keep their stuff I will definitely be researching the hell out if these places.

NEVER EVER EVER!!!! buy anything from this company the quality is worse than bad, Do not believe what you see on social media it is not the same quality at all, it is trash you cant not even give it as a gift, and then they do not want to refund you for it. I wish I can post pictures here of what the bag I got looks like. But dont even bother ordering anything from them.

I bought 2 of the Parisian Stroll bags. They are total garbage. Heed all of these reviews and DO NOT buy this crap.
I tried to return them and it would have cost as much as the price of the bags to ship them back to China for a full refund. They gave me a 20% refund, and I took the bags to a local day care for kids to play with.
