If I could give zero stars, I would. The Parisian Stroll Bag is junk. I really really wish I took the time to check this company out on Trustpilot before I impulse purchased at 2am...what a waste of money. I cannot even describe this bag other than to say it's similar to something I made out of felt and glue for Mother's Day in preschool. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. And according to other reviews, I'm not even going to pursue the additional cost to return.

Zero response. I purchased a pair of the sandals and they sent the wrong size. I reported it asap and sent 4 different emails about this issue to customer service. Zero response.

Do not buy this bag the picture shows suede beautiful bag it’s not even real leather the buckles are plastic cheapest made ripoff! And way to return it!! Meta needs to ban this seller

You guys should be ashamed of yourselt for selling talse items. I should've known better. I reached out to them for a refund and guess what! I bought this bag from the modavo website after seeing an ad on social media. It took forever to arrive and the quality was extremely poor. It looked nothing like the ad or the website. The material was a cheap felt and the stitching was horrible. It was missing some of the features advertised. When I contacted customer serve I was told to get a refund I had to send it back to China at my own expense or I could keep it and get a 20% refund. That’s not what the website states! All I want is what was advertised on their website and on Social media. Bad experience

Modavo is a Chinese company with very poor quality handbags. I recently purchased their brown Parisian stroll bag and was very disappointed in the quality, vs their online ads. I tried to return the bag, but they expected me to pay to ship it back…TO CHINA! Terrible quality and return policy. Don’t buy from them!

Dont buy here, the quality is so bad and when you want to return the Parcel you are given an address in China and you don’t know if it will reach that address at all!

I received my order today, I found the following;
Marks or stains on bag
Poor quality stitching throughout
Poor packing so it all marked
This is an extremely poor quality Chinese product, I have purchased replicas many times from China and this is the worst.

AWFUL!!! Do not waste your time or money. If I could give them negative stars I would. I look and quality is awful. When you try to return within their policy they tell you that they will offer you 20% of your money back or you have to send it back to China at your expense. This company is a total scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered two pairs of sandals here and it is my biggest regret to this date, not reading reviews first. They look nothing like advertised and they will not refund!

The bag arrived, and I wasn’t even that concerned about how long it took because after I ordered it, I then realized it was probably coming from China. The bag does not look anything like the one I ordered, and I am convinced that even the videos on the website were fake. I think they were probably taken from another website where the actual bag was real. This is just a cheap crappy copy of the bag I saw in the picture

The advertised Parisian suede handbag is the cheapest product I’ve ever purchased. I’m so mad that I did not read the reviews first. It’s horrible and I have yet to receive the return information as indicated on their website.

I ordered one bag, and they added another bag without my consent. I contacted them to cancel that order, due to the fact that I had only ordered one bag, and they said they had already shipped the order. However, weeks later, and I have not received anything. How can they just add and charge for another bag that I did not order? Now after reading the reviews of people saying the bag is worthless, and returns are almost impossible, I am not sure what I am going to do stuck with two bags, one of which I did not order.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. CLAIMS TO BE FROM ITALY MEANWHILE IT IS FROM CHINA. PRODUCTS ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT RESPOND. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

This company is a scam. I received the Parisian Tote and it is NOT suede. The item smells so pungent that I hand to wrap it up immediately. When asking for a return they offer you a 20% refund OR you can ship it back to China for a full refund. The bag came from NY.

I bought the Parisian stroll bag, knowing that if I was not satisfied within 30 days, I can get a refund. I’ve sent several emails to request a refund and Modavo has not responded. After seeing the other reviews, I know this company is a fraud.

The bag arrived in a decent amount of time. Was very excited about this bag. Well, the bag is fake. It's not suede and very cheaply made. No body to the bag just very poorly done. Handles cheap, detail around bag is cheap, reminds me of something that you would purchase in a cheap clothing store. I requested to return but have to at my own expense. Won't be dealing with them again.

The quality is horrible, the bag has no value. I want 100% return. I would never use this bag.
Their marketing team on the other hand is top notch, they completely influenced me to buy this horrible bag.

Worst company! The sandals do not look anything like the pictures. They are a complete fraud. I asked to return for a refund and they refused. This company needs to be put out of business.

This bag is TERRIBLE. Thin, terrible smell, NOT leather, ragged stitching, cheap fittings. I would never use it. I have no idea how to return it.
