Staff very helpful
Staff very helpful, listed as a Topro dealer but none in stock. Fortunately I knew the model that I wanted and an order was placed. I could collect from store or have it delivered. Decided delivery. Kept upto date with order progress and carrier gave me date and time of delivery.

Pride Baja bandit scooter 40Ah
The price was good, and the initial communication good. Where they could have done better is in the delivery tracking. They use Pallet-ways for these heavy items, and it took a week to pass through their system, then I needed to select a delivery date by ringing them. That brought it to three days later. I’m sure I would have been happier if they said that as part of delivery I would need to contact the courier. When the scooter arrived the battery was completely flat and nothing worked. The charge process took over 12 hours, which is fine, but my excitement of unpacking then not being able to use for hours was an added disappointment. The manual does say a few times that you need to ensure the battery box switch is put to the on position before charging, not easy to spot as a new user, so could have been pointed out in the ordering process documentation, like a faq for your new mobility scooter. I’m unsure how elderly people cope with web tracking and setting up online deliveries, I was ok, but maybe some after care could have helped say by email to the customer. I got 2 emails, one for order detsils , one for invoice and that’s all. A third with the expected final process of delivery and essential facts would have given them 5 stars, hence 4. Nice scooter, no problem with that, and I’m sure an excellent product once I start to drive it about.

It was quick and easy to order staff…
It was quick and easy to order staff were wonderful. The only problem I encountered was with the delivery . There was only one man and he said it was to heavy for him. a kind neighbour came and helped as we are infirm. But otherwise he said it would not have been put in the garden just left at the roadside,

Brilliant service had a couple problems…
Brilliant service had a couple problems with my scooter not there fault manufacturers issues .but when I've contacted with the issues they have been very swift at getting it sorted for me. arranged to have the scooter picked up from the isle of wight repaired and returned all within a week will definitely be getting another scooter from them down the line .

A change in fortune
Nice company to deal with very pleasant on the phone etc! Unfortunately the mobility scooter I purchased when delivered wouldn't start ! They came to check out the problem couldn't start it so had to take it away , but left a different model as a courtesy ! It was cheaper version but I was quite pleased so said I'll take it at the cost I saw on Google, they matched it and I've got a new scooter , the difference in cost being refunded !

Good service and products
Scooter and accessories arrived promptly the day after ordered. DPD drver even carried the largest box into the house).
So far the scooter seems fine, and I can just manage to lift it in and out of the boot. Operates on Car Boot Sale fields mid length grass, which is good.

Disappointing service
Having contacted the manufacturers, Inwas advised that I had to place my order with a local retailer, so I contacted Mobility Co. Having spoken to them on a Saturday I was promised that the order would be placed the following Monday, thus guaranteeing delivery in time for the following weekend. In the event Inwas contacted late on Tuesday, and told the order would be placed on Wednesday, resulting in delivery too late for the weekend. Not happy, especially when they had been very helpful in the past.
