MobilityCo are such an excellent…
MobilityCo are such an excellent company. They are very friendly and helpful. Each purchase I have made has been perfect with their help and advice. They put the customer first and want to ensure what they are selling is the right choice. Their working knowledge of the products is very good. They don’t just sell boxes.
Delivery is trouble free and prompt.
With all that in mind you would think they were more expensive than their competitors but the opposite has been true.

Perfect for my needs.
I purchased 2 walking sticks which were expensive, from another online company. They were described as have moulded hand rests and I was able to get them in a colour I liked. On receipt of them I saw that the moulded hand rests were quite narrow and there was not enough space for the heal of my hand. I gave them a go for a couple of weeks to see how I got on but no, they are not for me.
I really wish I had done more of a search and found this company sooner, my new sticks are perfect for my needs and literally the same as my physio set me up with years ago. Whilst it would be nice to have different colours to choose from, I am however, thrilled that they don't click 😁

Great service from James, I have just purchased a Wrangler Baja 2 through James at Mobility co, I had very tight time constraints on the order due to travelling. James managed to get the scooter delivered to my door within the time he stated and his knowledge of the product was first class. Very happy customer.

Great Company , this Co. was offering the best deal by far for a new TGA Breeze S4 Mobility Scooter ,but was offering only the 2 basic colours and I wanted Blue so rang in and spoke to a James Gray . he rang me back saying Blue was okey ( later the same day they were offering all 4 colours ) . James couldn't have been more helpful . opted for engineer delivery (£80) if it came with with any fault or I wasn't happy with it the engineer could take it back where as if it was a kerbside delivery it would be difficult . opted for the Battery upgrade . the engineer removed the seat and covers just so we could check it had the upgraded batteries ; it had . it came brand new on a pallet covered in the factory plastic and cardboard which was all taken away . really chuffed .

delivery problems
I'd like to say the company is good but i am still awaiting my buggy despite being told 'the lorry down broke down' Then promised to deliver next day (did not turn up) Then told the delivery company did not deliver on bank hols. I am still waiting a delivery date once the bank hols is over. The website says 3 days delivery. Not so. Please get a new delivery company that keeps the customer aware of changes in delivery schedule.

Repair done quickly and efficiently
Called for a repair to arm of wheelchair. Not only was that fixed, but also other arm examined and tightened. very helpful staff.

I found Mason my contact helpful talked about my requirements about what scooter was interested in offered advice. The contact was good keeping updated via email text phone
Was kept updated regularly on the order. Had an engineer delivery who set up scooter to my need answered questions checked everything ok. Find him friendly helpful
