I ordered a book from this company
I ordered a book from this company. Approximately 30 minutes after I placed my order I realized that the delivery address they were using was incorrect. I immediately contacted them via e- mail several times to correct the mistake and sent the correct address. I received no response. I tried again the next day and they finally responded saying it was too late to change the address since the package was already sent. I know that had they responded when I initially sent my e- mail this could have been rectified. There is no one at the address they are sending to now. I am very disappointed in their customer service!!! Now my great niece will not receive her special birthday gift!
What will the company do about this situation!?!

Falsches Kind im Buch
Bedauerlicherweise ist das Kind in dem Buch nicht meines. Ich habe einen Screenshot von dem Testversuch und mein Kind trägt einen Blumenkranz. In dem gelieferten Buch hat das Kind eine Krone auf und eine völlig andere Gesichtsform. Ich denke, es handelt sich um eine Verwechslung. Immerhin ist es ein Mädchen.
Man könnte aus so einem Fehler tatsächlich Kundenbindung generieren indem man es berichtigt und sich entschuldigt.
Mir wurde aber 10% Erlass auf das nächste Buch angeboten.
Sie glauben doch nicht, dass ich noch einmal ein Buch bestelle mit dem Risiko ein falsches Kind in dem Buch zu sehen?

Nachdem ich das erste Buch reklamieren musste da ab Seite 14 nichts mehr zu lesen war , wurde mir umgehend ein neues Exemplar zugesendet . Und was soll ich sagen ? Dieses Buch war um ein vielfaches schöner Illustriert von der KI … sehr schön ! Ich kann uneingeschränkt meine Empfehlung geben

Sehr enttäuschend
Sehr enttäuschend. Das personalisierte Buch hatte kaum Ähnlichkeit mit dem eingereichten Foto. Erst im Nachhinein habe ich viele ähnliche Beschwerden anderer Kunden gefunden – offenbar kein Einzelfall. Auch bei der Reklamation gab es kein zufriedenstellendes Entgegenkommen. Selbst der PayPal-Fall blieb erfolglos, da personalisierte Artikel ausgeschlossen sind. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.
Update zu meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung:
Nach meiner Kritik hat sich der Kundenservice gemeldet und mir einen Gutschein für ein neues Buch angeboten. Das neu erstellte Buch ist deutlich besser gelungen und die Ähnlichkeit zum eingereichten Foto wurde wesentlich besser umgesetzt.
Die erste Erfahrung war zwar enttäuschend, aber positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass letztlich doch noch eine Lösung angeboten wurde. Dafür danke ich dem Kundenservice.

Einfach nur toll! Es wurden sogar die leicht rosa gefärbten Haarspitzen übernommen, die mein Enkelin damals unbedingt wollte. Ein rundherum gelungenes Buch und eine schöne Erinnerung für die Ewigkeit.Hat seinen Preis, aber Qualität will bezahlt werden.

The quality of this book is wonderful. My 4 year old grandson loves dinosaurs. The vibrant illustrations and cute storyline kept him completely engaged from beginning to end. After reading it multiple times he still gets just as excited each time, and truly felt like part of the adventure

Tolle Bücher mit Erinnerungswert
Ich gestehe, ich war anfänglich etwas skeptisch!
Aber schon in der Entstehungszeit wurde ich über jeden Schritt in Kenntnis gesetzt!
Die angegebenen Schritte und damit verbundenen Zeiten wurden erklärt und eingehalten!
Die Bücher sind bezaubernd (das nächste Mal würde ich aber die hochwertigere Ausgabe wählen, denn das lohnt sich bestimmt) und die Kinder waren echt aus dem Häuschen 🤩😍

I was asked to give a review.
The Book was okay, arrived in good condition.
I was expecting the illustrations to be more vibrant like in the advertising. In reality the colors are muted and dull. However the illustration is cute . It’s a basic template with an avatar insert.
Shipping and communication was a huge issue .
In the advertising it says USA you will get tracking number via email. This didn’t happen , you’re redirect to down load the shop app which doesn’t give a tracking number and gives miss information.
Requested a tracking number was told it was only for expedited shipping . I ,however paid for expedited shipping. They didn’t bother to look at the order number or the screenshots, they just gave a generic answer.
Charging discrepancies fast track should only be 3.99 I was charged 4.99 usd and you still won’t get it in time .
Was refunded 3.99 not the 4.99 I was charged.
I stated repeatedly I needed the book for a birthday by May 1st .
I just received it today on May 4 . It was ordered April 15th.
Communication is poor , and not informative .
Pricing discrepancy is a huge concern. Yes it’s only a 1.00 usd but it adds up.
Shipping is terrible and will go through UPS then a USPS carrier so you will not get it on time .
Would I recommend this product?
No .
I ended up making a book for her that she truly enjoyed and if I could send it back ,I would but they won’t accept it regardless of what the refund protocol says because it’s an “customized “ product .
Unfortunately the book arrived 3 days after the birthday this was the biggest issue.
Overall not worth the 48.97 USD I paid .
I really wanted to like this company, I was truly excited. I have a baby shower coming up in July I was seriously considering purchasing individualized books for the kids that would be attending.
I will not be using this company.
Not a scam but a difficult company, not vibrant illustration as advertised. Communication and shipping is an nightmare
