Ordered 6 month ago. Raised a ticket 4 weeks ago, no response from the help team. They keep advertising all the sales but absolutely lack in delivering frame. I have raised dispute with my bank as I haven't even heard on the ticket from the company yet.

Appalling!!

Ordered months ago, the communication is terrible and when finally replied was just told it would be 4 months .. The product is now significantly cheaper than when i ordered!! They are still taking orders despite not delivering on orders they already made and string of complaints.
Whole thing leaves a bad taste do not buy from here ! I am about to start to recover my money through my credit card

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
1) Order delivered 4 months late after mutiple attempts to reach the customer support.
2) One of the frames delivered is so damaged that it is unusable.
Answer from the customer support: send back the damaged product to Spain or wait for us to settle with UPS (shipping company) before we consider to send a new product (and wait another six months?!)
3) To get a refund from this company does not seem to be possible.
Update: they are supposed to refund me for one damaged frame and the postage after a month no news... so bad

I ordered more than 1 YEAR (!!!) ago. Send several e-mails and tried to contact them. They don’t respond. Do NOT buy here! It’s a scam.

I ordered over €120 of product 11 weeks ago to the day. I've tried to contact them via their website, email and social media and I've had zero response. They make it incredibly difficult to contact them and when you do they ignore you. Horrendous customer service. Do not recommend. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot.

I ordered minifig frames on December 3, 2022-- it has now been 500 days and I have not recieved my order. Stuck at "Assembly / Quality control" for over a year! Would not recommend.

Eventually got the frame! Ordered on 2nd December, with 8-12week wait (which wasn’t that clear upon ordering)
After numerous chasing, waiting a long time for a response, I opened a dispute on PayPal and then suddenly it was dispatched! Received on 12th April. Quality wasn’t worth the price! 3 of the studs needing sticking back on. It looks good with the figures in

The most deplorable customer service I have ever encountered! I ordered 2 frames in August 23 and 32 weeks later I have not received them. Nobody has bothered to respond to anything, I feel like money taken and no interest in the order. MASSIVE TIME WASTERS!!!!

Ordered in August and it’s 8 months later. They are not replying to my emails and my order still has not shipped. I would recommend not ordering from them

Placed an order for €104,66 on feb 9. Just minifigures so shipping time was said to be about 8 workdays. On march 12 I send an inquiry asking what the status of my order is. I still havent received a response. I am worried I will never receive my order and lost a lot of money. Do not order from this site!

Me cargaron 83 euros el 10 de enero de 2024, hace 3 meses, y aun espero que me envíen el artículo. Les he escrito a atención al cliente y no responden. Deberían esperar a cobrarte a la entrega del artículo, coger el dinero y luego no resper, como mínimo es mala praxis, a lo peor es una estafa. Seguiré informando

I ordered 6 racks in January of 2023. Two months later, I got an update that: "We don't forget you. We're working on your order." Since then, there have been no updates, and only automatic replies to three inquires over the course of a year. Whether these guys are straight frauds or just really bad at business, you should stay away. I had to file a claim with visa and paypal.

I have made an order on the 29th of October 2023, for a long time now it says: "Assembly / Quality control". I've send them a ticket just to ask about my order, but got no response.
I have ordered:
-Frame for LEGO DFB German Football Team Minifigures
-Frame for Lego® Looney Tunes Minifigures

And I have ordered the The Muppets Complete Collection 12 LEGO Minifigures 71033.

But I saw a review of somebody not getting the minifigures, So I'm already preparing that if I receive my order, that probably the minifigures won't be in there.
I don't have a good feeling about this.
I will keep you updated. I payed with Paypal, so I will contact Paypal. I have until 26 of april 2024 to contact with Paypal, so I will do that for sure.

Edit: I just got a message on my ticket from minifigures, they have replied to my ticket. So that is a good sign and they promised to send it by the end of the month.
If so, I will give the 5 stars.

I received my order today, 7 May 2024. I know on the website they say it can take a few months.

mai nessuna risposta e ormai quasi un anno passato.
prossimo passo denuncia alla polizia postale.
dispiace dover spiegare a un bambino di 7 anni che esistono queste cose e non avrà i suoi personaggi lego.

Dargli dei ladri forse era esagerato, ma ha ottenuto il suo scopo,di sicuro molto disorganizzati ma dopo varie mail di scuse e reiterati ritardi il pacco è finalmente arrivato....il prodotto lego è ovviamente impeccabile e la cornice di buona fattura.
Valutate bene tempi di attesa prima di eventuale acquisto.

Ich habe das zweite Mal bestellt, weil das Produkt super war. Auf meine zweite Bestellung warte ich bereits seit 8 Monaten. Das war bei der ersten Bestellung dasselbe. Habe schon mehrmals mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt gehabt. Immer wieder wird man hingehaltet und besänftigt, dass es bald fertig gestellt wird und in der Woche XY versendet wird. Aber dem ist nicht so. Warte immer noch. Bin gespannt ob ich meine Bestellung irgendwann mal bekomme. Kostet viele Nerven und ich werde nie wieder bestellen, obwohl das Produkt an sich super ist. Aber das ist nicht normal, dass das alles so lange dauert. Wirkt sehr dubios und kriminell.

A fuir, comme l explique de nombreux commentaires les delais de livraison sont extremement long. Commande juillet 2023 recu mars 2024.

On pourrait se dire que vu les delais le produit serait de bonne qualite...
Les support se decole tres rapidement.

After initiating a chargeback on the credit card mid-February (and notifying them that was my intention), they contacted me.
Shipped the product early March 2024
7/8 months for the product. It wouldn't be too bad if they actually communicated this, or responded to emails....
Knocking off 3 stars for:
* No communication until I initiated a chargeback
* Website says 1-2 months wait - it's 7-8 months in reality
* No response to tickets raised (website states a few days). I waited ~4 weeks.

They should not accept new orders till they clear the back log!!!
Product is good though.

I would recommend everyone initiate a chargeback/dispute with your credit card / paypal to ensure you get your product or get a refund.

I ordered 4 small display frames ($140) and 2 complete sets of Lego mini figures ($235) on 3/31/23. They charged my credit card in advance including shipping. After months of requests, I finally received my frames on 02/01/24 ... minus the Lego's. So much time has passed, I have no recourse with my credit card. My requests for refund have been ignored. I had to re-glue several stands on the frames I did receive. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. Buyer Beware!!!!

I placed two orders in early September 2023, on a week after the other. It is now mid February 2024 and I still am no closer to receiving my frames. I have had no response to emails and the processing bar appears to be fully static with no updates.

The website advises that the products can take 8-12 weeks to produce however, it is now far beyond this. This really is poor customer service and I can only insist that you don’t use the company.

Ordered a set in September 2023. Realized I wanted another item and to combine shipping, so I opened a ticket to attempt to do so, and filled out all the details. Nobody ever contacted me. Tried repeatedly, no contact.

Then waited months and months for original order anyways. Now been 6 months, zero communication. I've opened more tickets without any response. The order status has progressed, but I'm skeptical of legitimacy at this point, as I was expecting these several months ago
