Heb 23 februari besteld en wacht nu al 6 maanden
Kan de helpdesk alleen per mail bereikbaar en krijg zoethoudertje mails terug met standaard antwoord
Heb nu klacht gemeld bij paypal,krijg weer mail dat ze spoedig gaan verzenden
Nou ik geloof er niks van
Ga er na geen gehoor een claim van maken hopelijk krijg ik dan geld terug
Maar ben bang dat ik opgelicht ben
Pas op voor dit bedrijf!

Ma commande de janvier 2023 n'est toujours pas arrivée !!! Aucune information, aucune réponse à mes demandes.

Attention, l'entreprise continue de diffuser des mails de vente promotionnelle.

On February 25, 2024, I purchased a handmade Lego minifigures display from the website. The website appears very professional and reliable.

In March I saw the order status still at received so I reached out. While they advise patience and requests that customers wait for a reply instead of submitting multiple status requests I reached out again a month later, and asked for a status update but still received no response. On June 12, 2024, I inquired once more, with the same result. On July 25, 2024, I requested a status update and asked for a refund, but again, no response was received. On July 29, 2024, I finally received a reply to my June 12 inquiry. They stated that they were experiencing delays, that the product would be shipped during the week of August 19, and that I would receive a tracking number. However, to this day, I have not received the tracking information, and the order status on the website has not changed.

Based on what I've found online, it seems unlikely that I will receive my money back. It appears this company is a scam. Watch out!

I contacted my credit card issuer for a dispute.

Been over 4 months and nothing. No communication. Found the address and phone for anyone else who wants to attempt communication. They sure don't reply to emails.

Four months have gone by and:

I never heard back.
Never received my order.
Received no communication from them
Never got any replies to my email
Never got any response after using their 'support portal.'

I do not recommend this company.

I will be disuputing the charge and reporting this seller to American Express.

Ordered but never got my order. Got a response on my claim that they would investigate the problem and get back to me. I never heard from them again, did not receive my order or get my money back (as I write and requested several times). Scam-company for sure!

I Placed an order 11/09/2023. I have almost waited a whole year for my product and still have not received it. I'm getting tired of waiting. Wish I could give it 0 stars but that's not possible.

My mom wanted to give me a display case for my birthday... end october 2023 so she ordered from here. Sadly it never showed up, almost a year later still nothing. The only thing we keep hearing is that its being custom made after that no responses anymore.
If you still want to buy from this place you better could buy parts from bricklink and Ikea to make your own... its august 2024 when I write this review and still no update, no responses from them.
Do yourself a favour and look for a different seller.

Update: 16th Oct, it has been a solid year and 8 days later, still nu update nor response from this seller/ scammer. Stay away from this place!
The only told me it takes a bit longer because its getting hand made in brazil and therefore Im not able to get my money back as its "in the making". No response from them afterwards....

Update:
After 2 years and 2 months, it got delivered, the frame is bend, just a plastic cover and fake lego bricks. Something like this could've been made by myself and get better results.
Will not come back.

Absolute scam! I ordered over 1 a year ago nothing ever arrived. They took 140 euro and never replied. After 2 months my order number was no longer existant and login to their website was cancelled.

Ordered a frame as a birthday gift for my 9 year old son in november 2023. Still haven’t received ANYTHING!
I am so frustrated and have written the company many times without any response!
It was a huge birthday wish from my son and he’s extremely disappointed that he hasn’t got the gift yet. I have now told him that he might never get it - I think this company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!
The last time I wrote them, they wrote me back saying I should have received the package! Well NOTHING has arrived and I didn’t get any notification that it was sent.
It seems as if it’s a big hoax and I lost my money ☹️😕😔

First order was slow to arrive but company did communicate and replied to emails.

My current order that I am waiting on was placed 11-08-2023!

To this day, even after multiple tickets, I have no received any replys or communications to let me know what the issue is.

Company had no issue taking my money, leaving me with nothing to show for it.

I would avoid at all costs and it pains me to say this as the previous frames and interactions with the company were positive.

If someone from the company reads this, please send my order.

Bestellung nach über 24 Wochen nicht mal versendet. Stornierung wird nicht akzeptiert. PayPal bereits eingeschaltet

I ordered 4 months ago (27.03.2024). I ordered a frame for Looney Tunes minifigures (#12856). First they replied my e-mail and promised to ship on 15.07.2024 however they didn’t. After that they stopped replying my messages. Today (24.07.2024) I contacted with a lawyer in Spain and also my bank. I will try to get my money back. I will let you know if get my order or my money back in future.

Update Mai 2025:
Nach über 16 Monaten wurden endlich die Rahmen geliefert. Ich hatte die Hoffnung schon aufgegeben, wollte mich aber vorher noch einmal an den Support wenden. Dieser hat auch geantwortet und kurz darauf erfolgte die Lieferung. Die Rahmen in der Lieferung waren gut verpackt. Das Produkt selbst macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Ob man eine so lange Lieferzeit akzeptieren möchte, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.
Update Dezember 2024:
Aktuell ist die Bestellung nun 11 Monate her. Auf meine Anfrage vor knapp einem halben Jahr habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Der Händler wollte hervorgerufen durch diese Rezension mehr Informationen von mir haben. Danach ist auch nichts passiert. Warum die Nachfrage war, wird wohl ein Geheimnis des Händlers bleiben.
Hab mich im Voraus auf eine lange Wartezeit eingestellt, aber aktuell sind 26 Wochen vergangenen. Der Kontakt zum Support ist ein Placebo. Außer die automatische Antwort hab ich seit vier Wochen nichts mehr gehört. Aktuell würde ich nichts mehr dort bestellen, auch wenn das Produkt gut sein sollte. Für diese Beurteilung sollte ich was zu Bewerten haben.

I placed two orders almost a year ago. I have not received any updates or correspondence. Nothing has been shipped; avoid using this website!!

Warten, warten, warten. 8 Monate sind es jetzt. Ständig erhält man Discount-Mails, dabei können sie nicht einmal die bestellte Ware senden.

Die Qualität der Ware stimmt, aber alles andere ist unter allem Vorstellbarem...

I placed two orders, one in December 2022 and one in January 2023. To this day I have still not received anything. I have already send hundreds of emails to their costumer service and never received a response.

Ordered 6 months ago in November 2023. Will contact PayPal on Monday by phone about this. No respons on my e-mails sent a new one today. Instagram I sent a message today but you can not react on there post (definitely for this reason). Communication is very bad, after ordering we saw the delivery was 8-12 weeks nothing was mentioned on forhand. Just a “simple” frame nothing fancy or printed. Still waiting but the websites says in quality controle, still nothing there! Do not order form here!! Hope to get the frame asap as it was a present for my husband. Or get my money back!!

After placing this review they sent me back an email about my order. That it will be sent in the week of June 13th. No sending that week. After another email, I got the message it was sent (a week later as 13th). Product has been delivered yesterday. Packed well, and product is very nice. Happy with it but not happy it took this long.
