I ordered and paid 2 months ago. I never received my order. I check my stauts and it says "paid - in process". They respond to no email. I will start procedure with the bank to get my 162,50 euros back.
Do not order!!!!

Update: in goede staat ontvangen eind januari 2025.

Besteld in juni 2024. Maar nu, januari 2025 nog niks ontvangen.
Ik heb 1 keer reactie gehad van hun klantenservice, ze gaven aan dat het product klaar is voor verzending en checkten het adres, maar ik heb er een hard hoofd in dat ik mijn bestelling nog ga ontvangen.
Beter om dit bedrijf te vermijden.

Besteld in september 2024. Nog steeds niets binnen.
Ik heb een minifigure display besteld. Er stond bij levertijd 6-8 weken. We zijn nu 9 januari 2025. En ik heb nog steeds niets binnen. Staat al weken op dezelfde status als ik op hun website kijk. Verder gebeurt er niets. Ik ben bang dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben. Maar hoop hiermee anderen te waarschuwen.

Am 27.11.2024 habe ich bei Minifigures Display bestellt und 92,75 Euro mit Kreditkarte bezahlt (abgebucht am 29.11.2024). Die Ware wurde bis heute nicht geliefert, und auf meine E-Mail vom 13.12.2024 erhielt ich keine Antwort.

Nach meiner Recherche, u.a. auf Trustpilot, habe ich den Verdacht, dass es sich um einen Fake-Shop handelt. Ich habe den Fall bei meinem Kreditkartenanbieter gemeldet und eine Rückbuchung beantragt.

Ich möchte andere Kunden hiermit warnen.

It is a scam have been waiting for over 3 month now - no reply on mail - don't buy anything from this "Company"

Minifigures Display Order 12545 confirmed, but thats all, no answer on mail, order made 16/01/2024. Still waiting. Paypal is informed about this company. The only info you get is “you have to be patient”. Don’t buy is the information i want to give everyone.

I placed an order and never received it. I reached out to the customer service desk multiple times and never received an answer. Do not order here!!

I ordered a minifig display case in February and still don't have it. Chased it in June and received an automated email saying there are delays and to be patient. Have just raised a dispute with Barclaycard to recover my money. I suspect that the product will never arrive.
I wished I'd checked Trustpilot prior to ordering as I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

Il servizio clienti ha risposto una sola volta. Impossibile anche annullare l’ordine al fine di riavere indietro la somma spesa (euro 160.00 circa).
Pessimo rivenditore, non consigliato!

After more almost 11 months, I’m still waiting for my order. I’ve written them several emails and never got an answer, until I placed a bad review here last month. They promised me I would be getting an email with tracking info at the end of this week…still waiting for it. I’m starting legal actions to get my money back. Shameful!
Avoid this company, it’s a scam!

Scam. Takes money and keep you waiting with a fake tracker. Replyed to one mail ticket, then silence for 6 months now.

Son unos estafadores directamente y pondré una denuncia, aunque sean solo por los 36€ que me han robado. Después de meses y meses esperando mi pedido consigo que hagan el envío y correos express me dice que ya lo ha entregado. Como no, intento ponerme en contacto con Correos Express pero eso es imposible. Como con los estafadores de Minifigures Display, solo puedes comunicarte mediante un mail con contestaciones automáticas que lo único que consigues es que estés en un bucle sin salida. Correos express lo único a que se limita es a remitirme a que reclame el envío a Minifigures Display. El pack perfecto, 2 empresas incompetentes y todos nosotros en nuestro bucle infinito de reclamaciones.

Scam site. Take your money. And never return your emails. Waited 8 months for order. Before giving up. Thank you PayPal for full refund.

Scam. My experience is much like the other reviews… bad. I was charged immediately, then emailed dozens of times, and waited a year for my frames. My frames eventually arrived, with a signature required, less $250 of mini figures. Don’t order from this company.

Ich warte seit Februar auf meine Bestellung, mittlerweile ist es September. Der Support reagiert auch nicht wirklich, eigentlich gar nicht.
Als ich das letzte Mal ein Ticket aufgeben wollte und alle Fragen diesbezüglich beantworte habe, bekomme ich beim aufgeben des Tickets schon die Info, dass ich meine Bestellung längst erhalten hätte sollen. Nur im Bestellverlauf steht immer noch "Montage/Qualitätskontrolle".

Entweder ist es ne Fake Seite oder in dem Schuppen arbeiten nur drei Leute, wovon einer die Klamotten Zusammenschustert.

Bei PayPal sich melden nützt auch nichts mehr, da die 180 Tage schon abgelaufen sind. Kann ich also nur als Lehrgeld verbuchen. Und niemanden die Seite empfehlen.

Understand slow shipment, but I have become so disappointed in what looked like a quality product. When questioned about shipment delay, I get an automated response that a case ticket has been generated. That's it. No follow up. No package.
