Bestellung im November 2024,
Lieferung im Mai 2025 nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen, keinerlei Rückmeldung. Erst NACH Einschalten des Paypal Käuferschutzes wurden kommentarlos Trackingdaten übersandt und die Bestellung zugestellt.

Ordered September last year. Have not received the item, nor any communication or refund on the topic. I paid and never heard again. Scam alert. Find another way to get a display, do not order here.

Take your money and do not communicate or send products.

Hätte ich nicht vor Jahren schon einmal bei diesem Shop eingekauft und einen tollen Rahmen erhalten, wäre ich dieses Mal verzweifelt.
Nach 6 Monaten Wartezeit, in der keine meiner Emails/Serviceanfragen beantwortet wurden, habe ich bei Minifigures Display angerufen. Natürlich bekam ich auch hier niemanden zu sprechen. Ich war kurz davor, mein Geld zurückbuchen zu lassen.
Allerdings bekam ich am nächsten Tag eine Email, dass mein Rahmen bald versand werden würde. Und tatsächlich erhielt ich ihn letzte Woche.

Die Qualität ist noch besser als bei meinem ersten Rahmen von Minifigures Display! Der Rahmen ist tief genug, um auch Figuren mit Schwanz/Extratiefe auszustellen und wirkt sehr robust.

Besteld in Augustus 2024, nu midden Maart 2025. Geen bestelling ontvangen. Geen contact te krijgen met de klantenservice. Geen enkele respons, ondanks meerdere mail/klachten van mijn kant richting deze shop.
Waardeloos. Advies is niet bestellen!

Scam. Do not purchase from here. I ordered my frame on June 28, 2024 and received nothing today March 19, 2025. The processing time given on the website is misleading, it is nothing between 14-16 weeks. Email from the account from their website is noting. They just generated a ticket # and no reply at all. Email to their help email address means nothing. They don’t reply!

I HAVE MY MONEY BACK. Do not trust this website. Writing from Canada.

Warning. They are scamming their customers. Today it is 5 months. We have been waiting for 5 months and no Lego cabinet has arrived. They are taking my money and they are taking what was ordered.
The cabinet arrived, at last, - after 6 monts!!

Today is 12/03/2025. Still waiting for my display case, which I ordered on 09/10/2024. Nobody answers to my e-mails, you can't initiate refund, because they don't work with PayPal! Despite having a good website design and many options, they scam people, and never send them the cases!

I never received my "Large Frame for Lego® Simpsons series Minifigures - 44 Minifigures / Black." I never got any replies to my emails.

Na maanden nog steeds niets ontvangen. Grote oplichterij!!!

je commande sur un coup de tète un "présentoir" pour figurine Lego et me rend compte finalement que c'est trop cher pour ce que c'est, et ouvre un ticket pour annuler la commande le soir même !
aucune réponse en 1 mois du service client.
J'ouvre un litige PayPal !
Le litige qui devait se clore le 21 février est comme par magie non clos par l'envois d'un numero de suivi du vendeur sans aucune communication autre que ce numero de tracking ! ce numero qui ne donne rien en plus et qui a pour point de depart les USA alors que le magasin est censé etre en espagne ....

breff au vu des commentaires, je vais recevoir (c'est meme pas sûr) un présentoir moche et mal fini à un prix exorbitant alors que je n'en voulais pas le jour meme de la commande !

Absolute scam! Ordered in October 2024, still have not received anything despite having paid the order. No reply from customer service!

Total Scam webstore, avoid at all costs. Almost a year for an "in stock" item which hasn't arrived. Order status is still showing as "Manufacturing". No response to any emails.

Store doesn't accept PayPal, can't use them to intiate a refund.

temo la truffa... ordinato 24 luglio 2024 e ad oggi 12 febbraio 2025 non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho scritto piu volte senza aver mai ricevuto nessuna risposta... lasciate perdere!

I ordered 2 small parts 4 weeks ago...no movement, update, or communication after 2 weeks, so I reached out to them...heard nothing back after 10days, so I applied for a refund through PayPal...and surprise surprise, they got back to me straight away through PayPal saying it would be shipped at the start of next week. Cowboys who look like they'll try to get away with as much as they can.

In the meantime I got the 2 small parts I needed elsewhere, and they were with me within a week.

We ordered two mi figure frames on 4 Oct and it arrived it took 12 weeks to make and arrive. (We only realised it would take this long after ordering.) Frames are perfectly fine and were packed well. we had no issues with delivery. But we gave four stars, and not five stars, because we wished their website and client portal was more informative and customer friendly.

Het kwam na nog een extra mail voor cashback dan toch toe, vanaf het werd verstuurd was er redelijk snelle bezorging en ben tevreden met het uiteindelijke product.

Ordered a display case and it's been 7 months just says "Assembly / Quality control" since I placed my order, I have sent emails, messaged on Instagram and twitter but NOTHING just ghosted, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Niks bestellen minifigdisplay besteld en is nooit afgeleverd. Is ook geen contact mee te krijgen
