Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute waste of time and money. One year on and I still don’t have my order. No replies to messages, nothing. Wishing I had read more reviews before I ordered as I see that they have done this to many other customers. Avoid like the plague.

1 ster is nog te veel. Sorry leuke ideeën maar uitvoering is slecht, veelste late levering eigenlijk waren ze het gewoon vergeten, kost aardig wat geld voor echt slechte kwaliteit, displays kwamen al beschadigd binnen, je kan het beter zelf maken.

My order of two frames never arrived and I could not get any response from the company. Do NOT use this site.

Pros: The product is good and comes as promised.

Cons: Production times and shipping take longer than expected. Every order I've made with the company has come late every time (3 months from order on average). It's really not worth it as the end of the day. I wish it were better.

Order placed in March 2024, never delivered. I asked the assistance of the European Customer Center. They managed to have my order cancelled (April 2025) but the refund has not been received.

Scam. never received item. go to Etsy to get similar product from genuine makers.

Customer service takes months to respond. Still missing hundreds of dollars in product. NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered in November 2024 and am still waiting. I have attempted to contact the company 5 times now and not had a single response to any email.

Feel I have been robbed and that this will never arrive. This was a Christmas present for my son and he is very upset. Do not know where to turn next or how to flag this as a scam.

Scam company. You can see this is obvious all the reviews are either one star or five star from their friends.

I paid for my product in January. They keep you in a holding pattern. I think this is unlikelihood so you can’t even claim by credit card or get an investigation into what’s happened via PayPal.

Hopefully, someone will figure out where they are and fully shut them down

I have placed an order in January for my husband birthday who is a lego and x-files fan and still waiting for my order. I was ok to wait for the weeks mentioned for manufacturing process but now it is MONTHS and still nothing. Sent an email some weeks back and NO REPLY. Horrible experience.

It appears that I am not the only person to have had issues with this so called company. Ordered a frame on 5th December 2024 and still not received it nearly 6 months. I hope this thing is made of gold the amount of time it is taking!! Tried to contact them using their website but, as other people, have had no response. I guess customer service doesn’t really matter once they have your money. If they bother to read this, send the product or a refund in the next 2 weeks or it will be taken further - order number - 13741

I ordered a display frame for my grandson in October 2024 as his Christmas present and I am still waiting! Although I realised, as the display frame was made to order, I would have to wait approximately 16 weeks it is now over 7 months!
I have tried to email them a few times and have not received any communication back except an automated acknowledgement with a ticket number that they received my email.
I have a very disappointed grandson and am missing the £74. If the company reads this review please contact me before I take this further.

Im Januar Bestellt und dann monatlich nachgefragt, wann ich mit einer Lieferung rechnen dürfte. Es kam während 4 Monaten keinerlei Reaktion, erst als ich den Käuferschutz aktivierte kam eine Nachricht, dass eine Lieferung unterwegs ist.
Super ärgerlich dass diese Firma als erste erscheint wenn man lego serious play googelt!

I have ordered a few frames from this company over the past few years, they’ve never met delivery expectations BUT they used to reply to emails and communicate. I ordered a frame on the 1st January 2025 and I am still waiting for this order to be delivered. No communication, no updates, no frame 6 months on. This is an appalling service and I have no confidence that I will receive my order or a refund.
They have basically stolen my money.

No se merecen ni una estrella. Llevamos 7 meses esperando 2 marcos que nos han costado 186€. Lo cobraron enseguida y aqui estamos esperándolos porque están en proceso de comprobación. Mis hijos se fueron al Leroy y compraron 2 marcos iguales que esos, se imprimieron un fondo chulisimo y con silicona se montaron el marco en una tarde. No entiendo porqué esta gente tardan más de 7 meses en hacer eso. Bueno si lo entiendo porque son unos verdaderos estafadores. Voy a denunciarles porque aunque sé que no recuperaré el dinero que por lo menos no se salgan con la suya. Toda la gente que les ha comprado algo están todos igual que nosotros. No caigáis aquí es una Gran Estafa.

Cela fait des années que je commande chez eux et leurs produits sont de bonne qualité et les plus jolis du marché. MAIS ils sont toujours en retard sur les livraisons ! Impossible de les joindre, retards inexpliqués.... L'argent est bien encaissé par contre. Je ne recommande pas. Profiter de la passion des gens pour les LEGO c'est pitoyable.

Make one ticket a day on your order. The order was shipped within 1,5 week.

Products good, aftersales rubbish. 2 stars.

Ordered a frame in June of 2024, tried to contact them several times through eithjer their "ticket system" or through e-mail. NO RESPONSE whatsoever.

I, as many people here I am pretty sure I've been scammed out of 100€ here.

As stated before, STAY AWAY from these "sellers", or scammers as I should say.
