Jeden velký podvod. Provedl jsem objednávku dne 16.10.2024 a do dnešního dne ( 29.12.2025) jsem nic neobdržel. Na dotazy nereagováno. Budu řešit soudní cestou. Doporučuji ze nic neobjednávat. Jsou to podvodníci.

We had to wait 9 months, and only got a response after we threatened to do a claim against the company.
Their customer support outright ignores any queries as long as it doesn't involve this company getting more money.
When we finally got our package (which our neighbor received), we noticed it was damaged during shipping. Minifigures Display has to date not responded to any of our support queries.

Absolutely awful company. Do not spend your money here!

I ordered three custom frames and still waiting for them since 10/02/2025, 10 months without any replay on their part.
I feel very disappointed and scamed because i spent 275€ on this order, the order number is #13987 and after all this time is still in Assembly / Quality control and dont even received any answer to the emails.
I made a previous order of an other 275€ that arrive 6 month later, i was patient but this time is enough.
The items were perfect in quality and condition except for the time so that invite me to repeat the purchase.
I prefer the frames to the money but i considering asking for a refund or even demand this company.
Good first experience terrible second one above all the lack of anwers and communication.
I happily change the score of the review if i receive the products in good conditions.

Order never arrived and they've never responded to any of my messages so I haven't been issued a refund either. It's almost a year so I'm giving up and leaving this in the hope that others don't waste their money.

The service was not as advertised. Emails reaching out for updates were not replied to. The product never arrived. I would have been happy to wait longer if an update had been provided. When I requested a refund the goods were refunded but not the EUR16 postage

Ich kann jeden nur abraten bei dieser "Firma" etwas zu bestellen. Ich warte seit 04.05.2024! auf meine Bestellung. Eine Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich. Es ist einfach lächerlich. Das Geld ist wohl weg. In meiner Welt nennt sich dieses Vorgehen Betrug.

Ce site est une arnaque, il n'y a pas de SAV. J'ai commandé pour 104,10 euros. Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Ils ont mis un message disant qu'il avait du retard dans les commandes pour que vous passiez le délai pour ouvrir un dossier litige PAYPAL. Je me suis donc fait volé de 104,10 car j'étais hors délai pour obtenir un remboursement.

Pessima esperienza, dopo 6 mesi non sono ancora in grado di farmi sapere quando mi invieranno l'ordine.

Actualmente parece una estafa. Mas de 6 meses esperando el producto y sin noticias, pese a haber reclamado varias veces (por la web y correo). Y Paypal al haber pasado más de 180 días se desentiende. NO RECOMENDABLE. MUCHO CUIDADO.

Same as a long of other feedback, I've been waiting over a year for an order, it was cancelled, no refund. Tried on multiple occasions since January of this year to get a resolution. Literally stole money. Avoid.

DON'T buy anything from this site!!! Ordered a frame in Novemeber 2024, and haven't heard ANYTHING even though I have contacted them many times.

WORST SCAM SITE EVER

Placed an order in January of this year and have not received my item yet. Cannot contact them aside from a web based contact form however never get a response from them. Can no longer dispute the charge with my credit card company so now I'm out $$$ with nothing to show for it. I'd think twice before ordering from them.

DO NOT USE terrible company. After finally receiving the item after 5 months, it arrived broken. No answer from customer service.

I placed an order with Minifigures Display back in April 2024 (Order #14157). The payment went through, but I never received my items.

I have tried contacting their support several times and also opened a support ticket (#19554). It has now been over 10 days since I last reached out, and I still haven’t received any reply. Their help page says my order should have been delivered a long time ago, but nothing has arrived.

Very disappointing experience – no communication, no delivery, and no support. I am currently trying to make a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

I cannot recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande passée en Septembre 2024. Plusieurs mails au service client mais aucune réponse.

Scam. No product received after 150 days. They’ve exceeded their own stated lead times (which are already very long) and don’t reply to messages.

Probable scam. Order placed on March 24, 2025, no response to the ticket opened 3 months later (I was patient). Not a recommended site.
