Waited almost a year for my order and still nothing. Multiple messages, not a single response.

Still waiting over a year. Nobody answers of request. Never again. I have a displayframe from 5 years ago. Wanted to buy a second, because the product is good. But the second order, their policy and customer support is really bad. Dont even know if the firm exist or burned down. Dont waste time and money

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are a bunch of crooks who don’t answer your emails and pretend they have sent your order and enter a fake tracking number. Waiting over 18months for my goods and they do not reply to any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL COMPANY. THIS COMPANY WILL SCREW YOUR OUT OF YOUR MONEY.
PRODUCT NEVER SHIPS. THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR MESSAGES. 2 YEARS IN A ROW I WAS SCREWED OUT OF ALMOST $200 (first year I was given a credit, the next year zero response and no shipments in the last 8 months.

This store is a scam, ordered May 2025 and never received my order. Avoid this company. they are not communicating at all.

Order didn't come on time for my event so requested a refund. Weeks later still trying to get a response, no order ever arrived and no refund given to date

Ordered in oktober 2024. Terrible response of where my order is. Status said shipped, never received my package! Don’t order anything from them! Waste of money!

Ordered a year ago, March 2025. I sent several queries over that time and nothing. They are still sending me emails with special offers and sales even though they have not delivered my order. Do not spend your money with this company.

Besteld, maar nooit geleverd. Ondanks meerdere malen aan de bel te hebben getrokken. Ook geen reactie hierop.

Nachdem ich in 2023 im September nochmal bestellt habe, warte ich seitdem auf die Lieferung. Antworten vom Kundenservice gab es leider nicht…

Ich fürchte diesmal sind meine 166 Euro wohl weg…
Angeblich wurde nun am 12.02. meine Lieferung fertiggestellt und versendet. Track ID funktioniert aber leider nicht. :-(

Después de cinco meses de espera y tras varios intentos de contacto, logré que me mandasen el marco cuando abrí una disputa en Paypal, me lo mandaron al día siguiente. Nunca más.

Malheureusement je n'avais pas vérifié et c'est du n'importe quoi. Commande effectuée début août. Début février toujours rien. J'ai perdu 53 euros. Aucune réponse du service client et cela fait 3 mois que c'est soit disant en assemblage. À fuir absolument

No communication or shipment for 14 months.
I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. :/

UPDATE two months after the post: now it is marked as "shipped" on their website.. but the tracking id is empty. Seems they do some housekeeping and just get rid of all unfulfilled orders by marking them as shipped.

I ordered in 2023 and received it in 5-6 months. Very satisfied back then.

Now i have placed an order in July 2025 and still havent received it yet in January 2026… By now i have moved houses and i am not getting any responses on being able to give my new adress…

Aggiornamento 11/03/2026: da da un paio di settimane l’ordine risulterbbe spedito ma dal sito il tracking non funziona e non dà alcun riferimento. Ho provato a mandare una mail per chiedere spiegazioni ma ovviamente nessuna risposta.

E' il terzo ordine che faccio, i primi 2 sono stati evasi in poco più di 10 mesi ciascuno mentre l'ultimo effettuato in data 19/01/2025 risulta ancora in status "assembly" dal sito, quindi dopo un anno esatto la merce ancora non è stata spedita... sempre che esista

Placed an order never received it no way to get in touch with them no response to any of my messages to customer service. Now that I see other reviews I feel like an idiot because I could have saved myself money by avoiding this company. Total scam, I doubt the company even exists. DO. NOT. BUY. ANYTHING!!!!
