No comprar, es una estafa. Hice un pedido el 8 de junio y 8 meses después ni ha llegado ni se ha producido una devolución del dinero. Son un desastre de empresa. El servicio de atención al cliente es tan pésimo que siempre están desbordados y así mismo ellos lo ponen en la web. Hay opciones serias y por supuesto de mejor calidad. Por muy mala calidad que compres en otro sitio al menos te llegará el pedido.

Nach über einem Jahr Nov. 2022 immer noch keine Ware und keine Bearbeitung des Problemes. Man lässt die Zeit anfangs über Paypal mit Vertröstungen verstreichen damit Paypal nicht mehr greifen kann.
Ich gehe davon aus das ich je meine Ware oder die 166,- € Rückerstattung wiedersehe!
Finger weg von dieser Firma!!!!

No se merecen ni una estrella. Llevo esperando el pedido 18 días y no puedo consultar nada porque cuando quieres ponerte en contaco con ellos, el formulario, te sale en ingles y empiezan a marearte de una página a otra para nada. Hace años hice otro pedido y fue de maravilla pero ahora me estoy temiendo que es un timo y que he tirado 60€ a la calle. POR FAVOR NO COMPREIS, os arrepentireis.

Estafa. No compren aquí
Estafa.
Más de 2 años esperando el pedido (18/01/2022).
Al pasar 1 año contacté con ellos y me contestaron diciendo que había habido un error y no habían realizado el envío, facilitándome incluso una fecha de cuando realizarían el envío correctamente. Jamás enviaron nada.
Medio año después, les vuelvo a contactar y ya ni responden.
Es una estafa, no compren aquí

Order not delivered, empty promises
Over 1 year ago, I placed an order. So far, so good. I received an order confirmation and then: nothing. Sent an e-mail, nothing, then a full refund was offered. Nothing again. I would not advise anyone to place an order with this company.

Order placed 03/07/2023 today 21/12/2023 still nothing received. Only getting excuses the proces taking long to make watch the website. I think it’s a scam.

Order 200+ euros never received
Looks professional, but this is a scam or they are very very incompetent. Never received my order from 2022 of over 200 euro’s. They give empty promises. I already gave up but I hope this review prevents someone else from making the same mistake.
They even removed my earlier review from Trustpilot.

Lamentable
Lamentable! Commande passée en avril, reçue fin novembre 2023! SAV très lent et quasi injoignable (des semaines à attendre une malheureuse réponse de leur part), aucun geste commercial au vu des délais démesurés…et une carte postale promise lors de la commande non reçue bien évidemment, tout cela à un tarif exorbitant! Bref, vous l’aurez compris, à fuir!

Achtung, keine Ware und kein Geld zurück seit 3 Monaten
Achtung! Seit über drei Monaten keine Ware und kein Geld zurück. Man wird bei Eingabe der Bestellnummer immer wieder "hingehalten", dass der Produktionsprozess so lange dauere. 100 Euro für ein Lego Display. Dies wird für mich wohl "Lehrgeld" gewesen sein. Schade und sehr ärgerlich!

10 Months later...
Waiting for over 10 months (gave up actually). They are still promoting there website on IG and other socials, but there is no reply from customer service and it looks like there will never be a shipment. Don't order from here!

This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam! I ordered 2 frames in 2021 and still have not received them! They did reply multiple times that “something must have gone wrong” and “we’ll send the frames in the next couple of days”.
Last communication was June 2023.
Huge disappointment!

Do not buy from them
Much like a lot of the other posters,
Ordered in January for delivery in April, still waiting.
I’ve asked for a refund and been fobbed off several times.
**Update- Received request for details after posting last week via trustpilot. Promptly gave them and, yes, nothing.
