O.K., Until There's a Problem
I ordered two necklaces of the same kind. Neither arrived. I contacted Mindful Souls. Spent a week going back and forth with their customer service on what should have been a simple situation. I had purchased quite a bit with them, but they seemed to have little interest in finding an equitable situation to this problem. I cancelled my monthly membership with them, which I really enjoyed, but I had one little problem and they refused to resolve it. I no longer wished to do business with them. When I told them they had 48 hours to refund my money, or I would file a complaint with Paypal, they FINALLY refunded the money for the two missing necklaces. I'm still waiting for a pair of earrings which seem to be either slow in getting here, or lost in transit.
I really liked this company at first. I enjoyed their monthly subscription boxes and thought they were a decent value for the money. I had ordered quite a bit from them and was happy with what I got. I had one problem and their customer service would not resolve it until I threatened to get Paypal involved. Long story short, they have lost a really good customer over what should have been a small issue. I don't like having to threaten a vendor with contacting Paypal to get my money back. It never should have come to this. I thought they were a cool shop. So disappointed.
Update: In response to my review of 12/10/25, Mindful Souls posted a response to my review on 3/26/26 on this site over three months after our initial interaction. They may not respond to threats, but they also do not respond to customer concerns. I'm not sure what I was supposed to do right before Christmas when gifts I had ordered were not delivered. I'm sorry I hurt their feelings by telling them I would go through Paypal to get my money back, but I received no response from them. They did return my money once I made this demand. Their apology to my initial review is over three months late. I didn't just feel unheard and unsupported by their customer service, I WAS unheard and unsupported by their customer service. I'm not sure what updates to my order they sent to my email. I received some weirdness from them where they seemed to expect me to track down my order with their shipper. The items also seemed to be comming from a third part vendor. I was frustrated trying to get a clear response from them. They DID respond to my "threat" that I would I file a complaint with Paypal and refunded my money. Somehow they interpreted this as being unreasonable. Over three months later I got a notification from Trust Pilot that Mindful Souls has filed a response to my initial complaint. Their defensive response and back-handed apology over three months later complaining about my repsonse to their customer service failure tells me my initial assessment of them was correct. I wish Trust Pilot had a zero star rating. Long story short, I never got the necklaces. I did however get my money back and will not do business with this company again. They had a chance to make this right without forcing me to "threaten" to go through Paypal. I was never seeking retribution from this company, but merely requesting equity. They could have solved this issue and kept a customer. They chose not to.

I discovered Mindful Souls by accident…
I discovered Mindful Souls by accident a good accident lol. What I love about this shop is it’s easy to navigate, they have a wide selection of crystal jewellery, stones and mindfulness tools. I bought the Chakra Clearing singing bowl to cleanse my crystals and it is beautiful. A number of jewellery pieces which I adore - Magnetic Energy Talisman and Dragons Heart Labradorite Necklace I also signed up for the Mindful Subscription Box which is incredible, you don’t know what’s in store until you open the box.

Triplicate crystals on day #9, missing affirmations
I was very excited to see that they came out with a crystal advent calendar in 2025. I ordered it in the beginning of November so I would have it to start opening each day beginning December 1. Today is December 9, I have opened nine doors, and of those nine doors I have received three duplicate crystals despite the description on the door saying they were something else. All three were clear quartz.
And of the nine days I have opened, I only received seven affirmations, so two of those were missing.
I contacted the company who offered me to return it for a new calendar. Honestly I feel like what is the point because this is advent and by the time I get it it will be after Christmas. I'm hoping that the rest of the days that I do open these doors will no longer be duplicates but we shall see.
I definitely will not be purchasing this again. Aside from the missing affirmations and the triplicate junk crystals, they are very tiny. Not worth the money for sure.

Dont waste your time
Dont waste your time. Customer service is the worst. I placed an order a week ago. After about 10 emails the issues on my order still arent anywhere near resolution.
I got an email from one agent correcting the issues, a few hours later, I got another email from another agent, mixing up my order and making it the opposite of what I wanted and the last agent corrected. Too many different agents involved and with each new response it conflicts with what the last person did or offered. One agent offered 40% off to honor their black Friday deal (the say I ordered) its now Saturday the following week and still my order is wrong and the last agent is charging me more. I sent them screen shots in my last email bevause I received 3 different invoices all with different pricing. Not sure whos doing the math over there but after all this (and ESPECIALLY FROM A MINDFUL SOULS "ATTEMPT" this has just been on stressful and chaotic experience. No thanks. No more, Im done - dont even want them anymore as its put a bad taste in my mouth and energy is already off.

Obsessed with These Boxes
I’ve been getting the Mindful Souls subscription boxes for the past 2 months and they’re totally worth the cost. The items in each box would cost way more if you bought them individually, and everything feels curated with intention.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company I love the crystals they've came in very individual bags for each one the crystals are absolutely amazing the color the texture they're a lot larger than I thought they would be they're absolutely beautiful the packaging was exquisite also I love the freeing product that I got of their essential oils I received a set of 18 different essential oils they absolutely smell amazing the quality the quantity that you get in a product for free I will be buying from this company again I'm absolutely amazed at the products that I have received if anybody is on their journey of healing this is a wonderful beautiful company

Communing with my collection
The soulful boxes I have recieved were of a very high quality and a beautifully arranged crytles and pendants, all complimenting each other,

Disappointed with second box. Toxic raw malachite is inside this months box. As many people will be aware raw malachite emits copper ions which are dangerous if get on the skin, ingested or inhaled. If you have breathing problems please throw this toxic stone away. I wish I'd knew before I'd touched it. 🥲 I've had to throw the entire box away.

Raw malachite, like many natural minerals, is not meant to be ingested or used in elixirs, but simply touching or keeping it as part of a collection does not pose harm. We always recommend washing hands after handling any raw mineral as a general precaution.
