Awful customer service
Ordered a raw Gemstone diffuser. Lamp arrived very poorly made and looked cheap. Gemstones in a bag smashed to pieces, real amythyst should not shard like this. Reached out to return item, no acknowledgement from company once tracking stated return was received. Had to chase on multiple occasions, company saying they could not find my order even though I had contacted them by forwarding my order confirmation email to them. All email replies from them are Chat GPT/AI generated. Even after I had email acknowledgement my return had been received still no refund was received, yet another AI response saying they are passing it on to another team... not expecting any money back anytime soon. Do not order from this company

Changed my mind following a full refund and stellar customer care
**EDIT following further assistance from MS customer care in Jan 2026**
I have been fully refunded for the damaged / poor quality items, without the need to return the box.
This, in my opinion, is what true customer care means. MS has absorbed in full the financial loss, something that's given me confidence to use their services again in the future.

I have tried both the Mindful Souls subscription and the Mindful Crystal one, the first one for three months, the latter for one - I’ll explain why in a tic.
Mindful Souls: 40% off my first box, an extra gift, all excellent quality. One item was missing, it was sent separately and I was offered a further discount for the inconvenience: I was very pleased. Then Box #2 came and found it quite poor, compared to #1. Also, the quality of the crystals was lower.
Box #3: not even worth the discounted price I paid. Notebook and pen were of very cheap quality. Crystals 2nd choice again. I stopped the subscription.
Mindful Crystals: discounted 1st box, took 7 weeks to arrive; due to a lack of stock this was sent from India. I had to pay the delivery guy 5.60€ in customs fees. Crystal quality was simply awful, some were damaged.
I stopped this subscription as well.
On the plus side: astonishing customer service, truly helpful and committed.

I have the mindful subscription box which I've been getting monthly for about 6 months now and honestly at first I was going to cancel it because I really couldn't afford it but I love it so much that I just had to keep it and make cuts elsewhere haha I already had a love for crystals but this combines crystals with knowledge on how to use them to benefit you most and the boxes I've been getting are almost to perfectly aligned with whats needed in my life right now and just my household in general. Even my fiance looks forward to these boxes coming each month because he wore one of the necklaces that I thought might help him and the difference it made over the following weeks was undeniable!!! 🤯...were both working towards being the best versions of ourselves and this subscription has given us more ways to do that so we'll be eagerly awaiting this months box and every box that follows ❤️

I have been happy with the many crystals and books I have purchased. The crystals have been genuine even if some were small.
Customer service has been prompt and helpful. I had bought a ring, that when it arrived, had the wrong stones. It took some time, but they replaced it with crystals of my choosing.
They have many sales to save you money.

Exciting gift box and great service
In the past, I have bought a few Mindful Souls boxes for myself... Every box is an absolute treat, so exciting to open, and filled with quality and beautiful goods... In trying to think what to get a friend for Christmas, I thought this would be absolutely perfect. Although the box can only be ordered on subscription, it is easily cancelled. The online assistance is also prompt and friendly.

Poor content and aftercare
Poor content. The box arrived damaged and I'm sure I was missing some contents, I also didn't receive the correct free gift. Was offered 30% off the next box but declined as I cancelled subscription.
All I wanted was the correct free gift and the missing items as advertised on their FB.
I should have read their bad reviews before I bought from this company and I really hope they don't try charging me for a subscription I've cancelled like they seem to have done with others.
