I love my crystal box subscription! Can’t wait to see what the next one has in it.

I was sent twelve crystals in my first monthly box. I bought Rock Finder, an app that tells the type of crystal. Mindful box was to contain l2 DIFFERENT crystals. I received 5 fluorospar, or blue John, and 3 moroxit/blue Apatite. The other 4 crystals were each different. BUT, only one, the Rose Quartz was promised in the literature. The other 2 were not present. I got RIPPED OFF. Im very upset and dealing with the company as we speak. It is sp easy to get ripped off when ordering crystals.

I accidentally ordered a ring in the wrong size, and their team couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. They responded to my emails so quickly and are sending me a replacement with no hassle at all — truly above and beyond customer service.

The deck of cards is both beautiful and practical. They are very educational. The contents of the box are amazing value for money. I am looking forward to going on the journey of discovery and healing.

I did order a pair of amethyst dangle earrings and ended up eating two necklaces that I wasn't even interested with in the first place.I am still waiting for them to fix my order... Did crystal box was okay?I think it could be better.

The box was beautifully packaged and I enjoyed the booklet that gives details on each crystal. The selection was good quality and so many crystals in each box!

Everything i get feels personal to me, nearly packaged and natural beautiful.

They were very helpful, informative, and patient while I (a beginner/newbie) asked about different products and suggestions for what i was looking for. They took there time and I never felt rushed. I was very anxious and overwhelmed with life situations in general and by the end of the encounter I was calmer, more focused, and less overwhelmed. The customer service and chat feature are bar none! I can't wait to receive and unveil my new subscription and journey through the Chakra subscription box.

The crystals were great but when I thought I was buying a watch, I got a watch that would not fit any watch I own. I asked where I could get a watch to fit or return the item, at first I got no answer. After several attempts, I was finally told they would give me a 40% refund after I mailed the band back. With mailing costs, I would be lucky to get 15% of my money back. With keeping the band, it reminds me never to buy anything but crystals or rocks from Mindful Souls.

I joined the mindful monthly submission box. I have received 2 boxes now and am in love with everything. Great quality. Things I can use in my everyday practices. They really take time and thought into what to place in each box. The cards explaining rituals and uses and care is so helpful. 10/10 recommend.. best thing I have done for myself.

I have delay on one product without update. I have sent message to enquire and service was 👏. Recieved reply within 10 min or so that message was acknowledged and not long after explanation regarding delay. Communication was straight forward,very polite. On top of it been given discount which wasn't expecting or asking for but it was very nice gesture which everyone appreciate 😊😊😊 can't doubt it. Product is stylish and very nice and goes with everything

I seldom write reviews, however, I began a subscription before Christmas, I received one box then nothing. I had paid from my other account so the payments failed. Then a few days before I was travelling I received a protection box. If ever I needed something like that it was then, you can say coincidence but all other months failed then this one did not when I was at my lowest. I wore then and sat with my nan as she passed. Thank you Mindful souls. It truly helped me in the moment. Items are stunning and I appreciate them. I have also ordered the magnetic necklace which I do not take off and the crystal water bottle, worth every penny.

Everything’s perfect on Mindful Souls. The products are quality and beautiful. The site is easy to navigate and help is only an email away. I have gotten all the items I ordered and they were fantastically packaged and worth every penny.
