I had did the subscription box, and they sent me a free gift which was the essential oils. They were delivered leaking I didn’t think they would do anything about it because it was a free gift. I reached out to them and they were very fast on responding back. They came up with a solution I was happy about.

Amazing items and quality with love
I had been looking around for a while at different sites for a company that offered good quality items for crystals, and jewelry and other accessories. When I saw your site on Facebook I knew you were in my top three of interest. After looking through your inventory and all the information available for use and education I knew you were the one. My first order was your Mindfulness Box - I was not disappointed!!! Everything I received was beautiful and well thought out. Actually less than one but that’s all I can give.
Almost the worst service I’ve ever had.
I chatted to someone before buying as I wanted something for a Christmas present.
It was coming from Europe but they promised me around 8 days.
Things then went wrong, delivery didn’t arrive, I managed to find out they sent it from China meaning it’s drop shipping probably.
I have managed to speak to someone but I and they have no idea where my order is and when or if it will arrive.
They have point blank refused me a refund.
Absolutely terrible, avoid like the plague.

Overall, I give this box a 4.5 out of 5.
I almost did not order the second box because of the way the oils were described on the website. Transparency matters a lot to me, and that issue is what ultimately cost half a point in my overall rating. Honesty goes a long way with customers.
That said, I would probably still have been very happy with the first box even if I had known upfront that the oils were not truly organic, because the overall value of the box was still excellent. The concern was not the product itself, but the claim. Neither the bottles nor the labels on the box indicated that the oils were organic, which caught me off guard. Clear and accurate descriptions help build trust, and your products truly do sell themselves.
As far as customer service goes, I recently had an excellent experience when I needed to hold off on any future deliveries. Everything was handled very professionally, and I really appreciated being able to pause and return later to continue my journey instead of having to start fresh.

These boxes are especially affordable for people who live in larger cities where crystal prices are higher, as well as for those who may not be able to get out of the house easily. They are also perfect for people like me who genuinely enjoy surprises. While nothing replaces the experience of holding a crystal in your hand before purchasing, these boxes offer a really nice alternative.
