While I was staying here a housekeeper stole my debit card and $50.00. She stole while I was in the room so there is NO telling how many people she stole from. I told the Manager and he said that she was a temp and we could file a report and that he was sending someone to my room. So someone comes to my room and all she says is “that’s crazy. I’m sorry that happened. That makes sense why she frantically left early saying she COVID-19, must’ve been her guilt eating her up. I say “yeah okay so how do I file a report?” And she says I’m going to talk to the manager and leaves. I wait a hour and go downstairs to see what’s going on and EVERYONES GONE. I was told there are no managers that work until 10am the next day but I had to check out before then to head back to Jacksonville. No report filed no money given back to me NOTHING. I honestly feel as if no one cared because when I went to the front desk asking for any manager and told them why the receptionist just laughed and said well just wait around until someone comes in. “Someone who use to be the housekeeping manager comes in at 11pm tonight (August 11,2020) so I literally stayed up waiting I go down at midnight and she “never came in”. I called customer care and they said they are giving the hotel a week to handle it Nd then to contact them again. And it has been a week and NOTHING.2 of laquinta’s core values are integrity and accountability and honestly ITS A JOKE. They held no one accountable and honestly did NOT care. They just kept mentioning that she was through one of their staffing agencies but it does not matter if she is a temp, hemp, or a f***ing CAT. SHE STOLE FROM ME AND THEY DID NOT CARE NOR DID THEY DO ANYTHING. I tried filling a report but it said I had to go into a station in Atlanta or call zone 3 (which I have no idea what that is) but I was headed back home and I live 6 hrs away from ATL..so now I have to try to figure that situation out. I told my family and All of my dads military friends that if they want their stuff stolen to stay at this location because it’s just the place. As the manager why on earth would you be more worried about checking in guest then helping a current guest who had their stuff stolen????? Why even act like you care or will fill out a report if you’re not going to do ANYTHING? Melinda or whatever your name was you were useless. If I wanted to here “daaaang I’m so sorry that happened” I would have posted It ON FACEBOOK.

Avoid at all coast

Avoid at all coast. The horrible experience with unprofessional and incompetent customer service, though I am Wyndham gold member. I had to travel a lot because of work. There are issues and problems every time I have stayed with Wyndham. Moreover, the unprofessional customer service have not solved any issues/problems only blaming Wyndham 3rd party vendors. To make it even worse the customer service in the end will redirect you to their Wyndham vacations/time share offers, which one should avoid at all cost. Conclusion: will never stay again with any of hotels of this chain.

Horrific Investment experience with a WYNDHAM TIMESHARE
I am an Australian and on holiday in Hawaii bought a Hawaiian timeshare from Wyndham (under some sale pressure exerted by them).....for some US $12000 (from memory) in 2010 . I never used it.(They NEVER had a 24 hour line to discuss travel plans...plus they would shuffle you from department to department from the USA East Coast to the West)
I was advised by them as to what a great investment it was at the outset.
I then tried to sell it via THEIR recommended agent....and was offered ...wait for it $62...wow !!! Apparently there are around 30 to 40000 for sale.
I have given it back to this unscrupulous mob....and they still try to charge me ongoing fees.
Is this the way to run a global business ???

KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THEM.

Exploited during the pandemic

Stayed in a the Sao Paolo Guarulhos airport hotel which carries the Wyndham hotel endorsement. It’s actually called ‘TRYP by Wyndham’.
Whilst escaping South America during the Coronavirus pandemic this hotel took advantage of the situation and charged us double for a room.
Upon contacting Wyndham Head Office to express my disappointment they washed their hands off the situation and said that as it was a franchise hotel it wasn’t their problem.
Won’t be spending money with Wyndham again.

Super 8 Munich are cowards

Even though they were not able to give me what I had already booked when I arrived, they didn’t cancel my payment as they said they would, when I decided to find another hotel. I’m very surpriced that this is the standard for a wyndham hotel...?

Microtel inn/Bloomington,st.paul,mn

Microtel inn/Bloomington,st.paul,mn. stayed there last June 2019.
the hotel is clean,affordable & right across from big Walmart & next to Mall of America. You can't ask for anything more for the prize.
With breakfast & coffee all day.. The room was comfortable & clean.
And I have reservations for next June 2020@ Microtel.
