Merelume Recenzje

Do not buy from this company. Took nearly a month to arrive. Kept sending messages to say it was on its way with ability to add insurance and then not arriving (because I didn’t add insurance). Said was a jumpsuit but top and trousers. Parades as a Mayfair shop but material cheap and full of static, cut horrendous with pockets that stick out and tight in other places. Very, very disappointed. Don’t trust the pictures you see! Would not recommend.

Great information provided for every item offered allowing purchaser to maje and fully informed choice. Great value too!

Returns to this company are to
U.S.A very expensive!
Would not return to this company
Poor customer service

I ordered a dress for a birthday because the website stated it ships within 2 days, but it took 2 weeks to arrive. Customer service responded quickly, but said the item had left their warehouse and they had no control over the delivery time.
Unfortunately, the quality was also disappointing and no different from what you’d find on Shein or Temu. I wouldn’t buy from this website again.

Don't use this company they are scammers. They make you believe their shop is in Mayfair which is total rubbish. Don't fall for it! They will take your money and the goods never arrive.

I was looking for a sturdy support slippers. I feel I have this with the slippers I bought. They were reduced in price also. A win win for me. It was quick and easy to order.

Order was very quick and accurate. Very detailed with the order updates .

SCAM SACAM SCAM!! Lost £50 no product received and also scammed into leaving a TRUSTPILOT review before receiving shoes for a 50% refund -TrustPilot do not allow companies to do that (read below) - fell for it ! Stupid! Not registered on companies house . It has a London address. Others on here been same scammed! New company also gives you tracker to contact address. Do not proceed!!! BEWARE

Very quick and easy to see what I wanted and order them

Worst experience I have had buying online. Website makes them out to be a shop in London, but items actually sent from China. Asked for a return, which they tell you to send to USA - complete rip-off, avoid

Placed order efficiently. Good price for item.

I ordered a pair of shorts and it took 6 weeks for them to arrive.During that time I was exchanging emails with someone called Isabelle. She said she was giving me 50% off, and would refund asap. Also explained if shorts were not ok a refund label was in the packet. No refund and no label in packet. It’s a scam, and found out the shorts came from China. I contacted my bank to report this company, BB gave me my money back for the shorts very kindly and thanked me for reporting this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have not received my order and was offered a 50% refund. I’m now having to go through my bank. They ask for reviews BEFORE you receive your order. Offer discounts BEFORE you receive your order, then give you the run around when you ask for a refund. AVOID!!

Such brilliant store with gorgeous outfits and you can't beat the price. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Great clothes, efficient website

Forget about waiting time (10 days) , but the swimming trunks I have ordered does not much the website images.
What a scam
Never again

Haven't received my order which was placed nearly three weeks ago. Dont be decieved by the London address on the website as it comes from China. I imagine all the reviews saying "fast delivery" are made up.

Super easy to order. Lovely product 👌

Looked for high heels that look nice but are comfortable!! Good quality and good quick service . Everything was easy and good information about delivery .
