My first order got what I was looking for.

Do not order from this company! £160 my mum spent on dresses and they won’t reply and want images of sizing of the dresses!! They arrived far too late for a wedding. And you have to return to America at your own cost!!!! Absolute scam. We will be taking to trading standards

I had to give one star so I could write this review. I ordered some shorts for my son wasn’t sure if they would fit but it said free returns. When they came they were cheap silky thin material. I have sent several emails so far trying to send them back and have got nowhere.

Cheap sh*t at high street prices.
Shipping took 19 days from order date, which is too long for “express” delivery.
The items were described as stretchy fabric but were 98% polyester.
Quality is poor as the bottons barely fit through the button holes.
Returns are “at your own cost” to USA, guaranteeing most people won’t return items for a refund.
Also discounts are offered for reviews before the items are received.

I did not realize that I was ordering from China. The garment (ladies blouse type top) was shown as being textured but was not. It took 16 days from order date to arrive with no labels inside and appears to be cheap polyester. I am going to try to return it. When I first checked their website, it said 'returns up to 30 days'. When I looked again today I could not see that piece. What I saw was a returns policy that requires you to send it back to the USA AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.. The Mayfair address that is shown is incorrect based on the post code. This appears to be a scam site. At this time Merelume is supposedly looking at the photos I sent and considering whether I can return this blouse. I strongly recommend not buying anything from them.
The company number shown on their title page is not an English number, it is a Hong Kong Business registration number. I realised today that it was shippped from Hong Kong, not China, and there is no return address on the packaging

Easy to order and the items look good on the screen. I don't understand why goods are shipped from the Uk but returns are only accepted at the customers cost in the USA.

I placed an order on 9/9/26, expecting it to arrive within two weeks at the latest, especially since they are a UK-based company. However, I was shocked to find that the tracking number provided wasn’t giving me any information.
I emailed them, but I still haven’t received a response, their customer service number is not going through-fake. I tried to raise a dispute through Shop, but I couldn’t because Shop said my order hasn’t been outstanding for a month yet.
Honestly, this has been a frustrating experience. Please be cautious before ordering from them. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a dress which took ten days to arrive, and proved to be very poor quality. I asked for a refund from "Customer Support", (obviously AI). I tried to phone, but the number does not exist. I then looked for the contact details for the CEO on Companies House. Merelume is not listed with Companies House, the Company Number is fake, as is the address and phone number. I was advised to contact the fraud department at my credit card provider. I emailed Merelume to say what I have found. I was offered a 30% refund and to keep the dress, (no point, I wouldn't wear it, as it is so badly made). I was also sent a return label, but the return address is in the US, and I would have to pay the postage! So I will not engage any further with Merelume. I hope my credit card provider will refund my money.

I ordered product over 2 weeks before I needed using an express Royal Mail option.

The product arrived the day I needed which was by then too late. I had emailed asking for updates prior to that and the company were unable track package or approximate its arrival date.

They use AI bots to answer emails and falsely supply a UK based number to suggest they have customer service here - this number does not work.

They don’t allow refunds unless you return at your own cost to China and they may then refund you they say. They play on fact it is not worth your time money or risk.

The product did finally arrive and is appalling quality. You would spend £5 on one of their jumpsuits.

Do not buy here they are useless and posing as a bonafide uk based company which they are not. Horrible returns policy.

Avoid this business it is scam. Shoes did arrive in a reasonable time but nothing like the ones ordered and were ultra low value and I suspect they send them out so its challenging to get a credit card refund. No communications or instructions to return etc. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

The item I received did NOT match the description in the advertisement and the quality of the item is very poor!
I tried calling the contact number only to find out it does not exist!!
Emailing customer services is of no use either as they just reply 'its been passed on to the quality team'.....

Avoid this company at all costs a blatent scam waited over two weeks for my order still hasn't arrived when I complained it took 3 days for a response I was offered a 50 percent refund and it never came and everytime I contact the company they send the same automated email denying the fact they offered the refund avoid at all costs compkete scam have been reported to the relevant people

Very bad quality and no way to return .if you ask for return ,AI customer service replay same email many times to bother you

After 10 days despite saying express delivery, the item has not yet arrived. Update: finally after 20 days received the item. The quality is extremely poor. Return is at my expense and risk. Return is to another country so it will take ages. Their customer service is very poor and have not responded to many of my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.

I'm glad that I found this site, the clothing is lovely and reasonably priced. I'd like to see a lot more of what's on offer.

I was looking for a specific item so it took a few seconds to scroll through to find item, but then it was easy.
