Nice selection, great prices free p&p, but didn't answer my email questions or allow me to add discount code they sent. Fingers crossed my items will be more satisfactory

less than 1 star - terrible service. Managed by botts, this company is hopeless. I tried to cancel my purhase wihin an hour of making it as I realised that shipping would take too long to arrive. Repeated emails answered by botts, item turned up almost 2 weeks after my event - despite confirmation from them of cancellation. Apalling, antiquated returns process. Oh - and item was RUBBISH - £50 for something which looked as if constructed from a sweet wrapper. DONT USE THEM.

Awful quality and absolutely not the company they say they are!! My delivery took 4 weeks to arrive…when delivery was meant to be from the Uk with a delivery time frame of between 2 and 6 days.(a London based company apparently!!! Definitely isn’t!) When my dress arrived, it was something close to temu quality…polyester rubbish and only slightly resembles the picture of the dress I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Avoid This company! This company is a scam, products are faulty and not as described. Specifically, they are of poor quality, emit a strong and potentially concerning chemical odour, and the sizing is incorrect. I have opened a legal dispute and separate investigation will be open to evaluate the quality and safety of the products, including the potential presence of hazardous substances in the materials, to the relevant consumer protection and product safety authorities, including the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS). For now they refused refund the shipping costs and they keep changing the return conditions on their website to let you incur in all the costs for the return.

Smooth so far but item not yet delivered

Awful company - they sent the wrong size, and communication in the weeks that have followed has been shocking. After asking me to supply various pictures and details, they keep fobbing me off, claiming their quality team is "looking into it" to find a resolution. All of this without even bringing into consideration the quality of the item, which is poor and nowhere near worth what I paid. Avoid.

Took ages to be delivered , from china, garments very small, returns policy abysmal, don’t use

Dreadful company. Dropship from China. Quality very bad. Returns paid for by you to America....if youre lucky! I asked to return a dress as I could see the material was really cheap without unwrapping it. I didn't try it on. Customer services said I had to take a photo and they'd forward to quality control department and get back to me. They didn't. When I contacted them again and complained I hadn't heard back again they didn't respond despite numerous attempts to contact them. As another customer says, they just want you to go away. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Very misleading, appears to be shipped from China and return back to USA at your own expense! Took a month to arrive. Cheap rubbish at more than high street prices. Had far better than this from Shein or Temu at a fraction of the price.

Like many of the reviews the customer service is terrible and you cannot return goods as they say unless you pay to send them back to the USA, that is you can get them to agree. The website is good but misleading. Customer service is AI and offers no true conversation plus the telephone number which you think is London is not and does not pick up calls. The company is not really above board. All the positive reviews are short one liners and in my opinion AI generated. Whereas all the negatives are what I am reporting. It is strange that a company if that is what they are have so many reviews from one extreme to other with no middle ground. All reporting the same thing. I would warn people to be careful

They offer free express delivery, but they don't tell you the product is being sent from China and therefore will take forever and a day to come.
We ordered on the 6th September, package arrived 25th September.
I used their tracking app and at no time did it give a delivery date, so we were lucky to have been in when it was delivered.
On receipt, the product is only of average quality, but the size was okay.
Personally I would not use Merelume again due to their poor delivery time and product quality.

I was looking for a specific garment and the Merelume Store came in the top search screen, the shirt (Green Corduroy over- shirt) was exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the price of other brands/retailers and looked of equal if not better quality than most. Ordering was easy and free delivery a real bonus.. Thankyou

They are not in the UK, they ask you to send returns to Los Angeles! They will not refund all the money, they offer 15%
ALL emails are AI generated from their end!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Total Scam of a business .......Item ordered two weeks before recent holiday and arrived while already away despite saying Express Delivery . Even before received asked to provide a positive Trust Pilot review to receive 50% refund which some seem to have fallen for ....LOL .

Item received bore no resemblance to the one advertised on the site and nothing but a cheap piece of nylon tat , which when I emailed to say would be returning and expect a refund was offered another 15% to keep or I could send back to Los Angeles at my cost .
Trail of emails disputing this but like their company address , reg number and phone number , replies all fake generated by Isabelle an Ai bot . Reported to credit card company to investigate and hopefully chargeback
