Hidden charge
All good apart from the last bit, the little £2 odd charge as you go to pay, the quote should include this, I know its a small charge but it's still a charge

I wanted to extend my holiday and therefore needed to extend my travel insurance. I found the process to be stress free, easy, customer service excellent and swift. Only had to pay an extra £1.50 which I was extremely happy with.
