Only 4 stars as was timed out of session and had to start again and price went up by £2.00 in the 10 minutes until I had finished inputting my details again, this was not the admin fee it was the actual price

Customer service sorted!
I have to say I am happy with a lovely ladies' attitude to what I felt was customer service at its worst. So I will apologise for my previous rant. We all get frustrated when things go wrong and we do not get the service we feel is appropriate! To say this lady has a great attitude and lovely personality and sorted my customer service issue out. And I thank her for her kind words and the support she gave me. So sorry for that frustrating rant!

Great policy. Very good price. Just wish pre existing conditions weren't shown on the insurance certificate. However, after requesting they be removed, they were. No fuss. No delay. Thanks
