Customer Service?
I tried to renew my Travel Insurance Policy a few days ago. Great conversation on the phone with the representative - very courteous and helpful. I was promised the documents "shortly" - nothing arrived. Chased repeatedly and eventually after threatening to cancel, the necessary documents arrived within the hour. Although now sorted by the intervention by another Representative, it should not have needed me to continually chase. I hope if I need to claim, the experience will be better!!
