Everything went easy and smooth

Everything was as it should be

I got everything I ordered in good shape and well packaged in a week, whick is not that long considering I live 2000 miles away. There was one thing in my order which wasn't available, but I got refund before I even realised to ask.

I have been ordering with McGrocer for the past several months and truly appreciate the care and consideration taken with each time that I order. This last order was no exception - it arrived in perfect condition but I especially appreciate the time the team took to notify me of the shipping risks! Great service and fast shipping

This was a foreign purchase for me so I wasn't certain how it would go. This vendor responded quite promptly to my numerous questions (all via email), and the shipping was fast. The items were very well packed. My only caveat note is that I received all items of the same flavor when I had ordered 3 of a different flavor combination and those items had been confirmed via email. I am probably what caused the 'confusion' on which items to ship. However, I'm still very satisfied!

Best way to get a cider from Edinburgh to the USA

Really liked a cider in Edinburgh, only to find out that there was no local store, bar or sales outlet that could deliver the same cider brand close to my home in the US.
McGrocer was able to deliver quickly and also communicated clearly on steps to expect at Customs; and if any special documentation would be needed. Turns out that the delivery was super simple, but at least we would not have been surprised. McGrocer also provided updates during the sales and delivery process. Great experience!

Swift follow up on orders to make sure I understood potential issues with clearing customs for Ibuleve. Order arrived 3 days after placement. Highly recommend. Will definitely visit again.
