Very fast shipping, great product, and excellent communication

Good service, made sure I was aware that it was a different output than in my country, but they didn't mention I would have to pay import taxes, which was the same price as the item itself...

I was a bit disappointed that I had to order so much but the items are difficult if not impossible to get in Australia. My friend who was the recipient has assured me everything arrived safe and sound.

I had a very good experience ordering with you and the product it perfect as my expectations, but unfortunately the delivery prices are too high, it's more convenient for me to come to UK(first since my cousin lives in Bath, a small town near Bristol and second since I have discounted plane tickets) and take it with me in the plane.

Have ordered Uk Goods many times but never had this experience where first they take more than a week before they even ship your order, -then- at the last minute and without giving any opportunity to do anything, they simply claim half of your order is 'unavailable' !! No option to cancel and no explanation.. never had that experience with any other UK shipper and would strongly advise anyone to think twice about using this company!!!

Wanted to know why shipping costs were so high from a UK based company to a UK address. Then to see they expected to be paid extra for duty/customs when in this country. After looking at reviews have decided will give this company a miss from now on as can see that people find them unethical, untruthful and unprincipled. Cancelled my order.

My entire experience was absolutely amazing. From the fabulous customer service to the speedy delivery everything was wonderful and my items arrived packaged very well to prevent damage.

They were responsive, set expectations on international shipping costs, communicated effectively about the tracking of the product, and the product itself is the best brow gel/laminator I've ever used.

A little slow in delivery but otherwise a great service
