skin got scratches
i got bad skin scratches while riding, seems pants bad material so had to return other pants, cost me the shipping

I made already multiple orders and I can only say good things about the experiences. Not only the products are amazing, but the delivery time is always accurate. I always prefer ordering directly to the website site rather going for a retailer. No doubts my favorite equestrian clothes brand.

This was okay
The shipping was fast but the quality was not as good as I had expected and I have to say the clothing is overpriced.
Maybe while these clothing are on sale these would be a better choice but the colors are very basic and they don't re-stock the better products.

As for restocks, we work to regularly restock our current products so that there are no prolonged sold outs, especially when it comes to our bestselling models and colours. We have been trying to find if you reached out to us at some point to inquire about this so we could confirm that you were given accurate information, but sadly we haven't been able to find any previous conversation. Engañoso en el momento de hacer devolución
Pantalón con una mínimancha microscópica, cuando se hizo devolución, cuyo pantalón no se puso en ningún momento por ser extremadamente pequeño, así así que se pagó ese, más otro de otra talla ( de una 3xs a una xs de mujer).

Hemos revisado tu caso y efectivamente se trataba de un producto que fue devuelto para realizar un cambio de talla. Por desgracia, el producto llegó con varias manchas, tal y como te enseñamos mediante fotos. Tras varios intentos, estas manchas fueron imposibles de eliminar. Esta es la razón por la que no pudimos efectuar el cambio de esta unidad. No obstante, se te volvió a enviar el producto cubriendo nosotros los gastos de envío y, tal y como solicitaste, una segunda unidad en dos tallas más. Muchas gracias por tu comprensión.
