Ho annullato l'ordine dopo solo 2giorni in data 08 luglio 2024,ma hanno spedito ugualmente ,rifiutato ora sono in attesa di un rimborso dal quale hanno detto che tratterranno le spese di spedizione più 35 € . Attenzione perché penso di aver perso il mio Denaro. Flora

Wie man bereits lesen kann sind die Produkte nicht gut. Für eine Rücksendung oder Ablehnung der Ware 35 Euro von Kunden zu verlangen ist Betrug am Kunden. Finger weg von diesem Shop!

This is a scam. They managed to set up a review where it is said to be the best brush on the market when you google it. I always tell my husband and friends to check with Trustpilot when they find something “fantastic” and cheap online, but I failed to do so myself this time. I’m ashamed of myself having fallen into that trap, probably just because this one wasn’t very cheap. I wrote to the support within 15 minutes after I ordered the brush telling them to cancel my order but of course they didn’t answer that day. I have been in a mail conversation with the support and they just answer vaguely and tell me it’s an expensive thing to return to China and maybe 3 % rebate would make me keep it. After that they don’t answer any mails from me.
Just don’t make the same mistake!
I wish I could report them to make them go away!

This site (Mauarcher.co.uk) is scam. They position themselves as British company but are actually Chinese. There is no option to cancel the order even though the message is sent shortly after the order is placed, they ignore all requests and keep your money.

Ik heb nog steeds niets ontvangen, half juni besteld, en ook geen communicatie meer. Echt zo waardeloos, dag 129 €.

It’s a scam company, they are not to be trusted. All the good reviews are fake!

I think the people who are giving this toothbrush and flosser a bad review must have bought from a distrustful source.

I have had mine well over a year and not encountered 1 single problem. I have even ordered new brush heads as they give an outstanding clean without feeling too hard on my teeth.

The battery life is fantastic and the product is really well made.

Zahnbürst hat nur kurz funktioniert. Sofort neue erhalten. Gleiches Problem. Wahrscheinlich Ladestation defekt. Dan begannen die Schwierigkeiten. Endlose Emails mit Aufforderungen Bilder und Videos zu senden. Alles gemacht. Manchmal kam die Antwort auf deutsch,manchmal auf englisch oder französich.Jetzt behaupten sie ich hätte bereits eine neue Ladestation erhalten. Was nicht stimmt. Letzte Mail: Sie wünschen mir ein schönes Leben. Und haben den Kontakt abgebrochen. Ich bin mir sicher dass die Firma in China sitzt und Fake ist.

I bought 3 as a family purchase to replace our Oral B electrics. Do not go near these Maurarchers as the batteries fail within 3 months. One of our went after 6 weeks! They are a scam as you cannot get your money back. The clue is in the weight of the toothbrush as when compared to proper electric toothbrushes, they are very light which suggests the batteries are probably garbage as Li-on would be heavier.

Mijn borstel is defect en dit na ±2 mnd mail gestuurd krijg 1 nail terug of het lampje brand en of ik de goede adapter gebruikt dit beantwoord ik weer daarna na herhaaldelijk geprobeerd contact te krijgen deze worden niet beantwoord dus geld weg schandalige firma waar staat garantie voor nou bij deze firma 0

Ich muss jetzt dazu schreiben, dass die Firma die Ware geliefert hat. Ich hatte aber bis dahin überhaupt keine Nachricht über die Lieferung und etwaige Zeitraum bekommen. Eine Kommunikation über Mail oder sonst war nicht möglich. Deshalb dachte ich das war’s.
Bin mein Geld los und keine Ware.
Wie auch immer, ich werde später die Zahnbürste bewerten.

Énorme arnaque !!! Beaucoup de promesses avec des gadgets totalement inutilisable notamment le jet d eau...Service clients totalement incompétent et je m en foutiste. Quant à la brosse à dents en elle même marche quand elle le veut. J en ai déjà changé. Je me suis bien faite avoir par une publicité très prometteuse

Absolute Fakefirma, Zahnbürste kaputt geliefert, Ersatzzahnbürste bekommen wieder kaputt. Nach ca 50 Mails, immer die selben Fragen, Fotos und Videos gesendet, nichts kein Ersatz. Habe aufgegeben und das Geld sowie Zahnbürste abgeschrieben. Finger weg, Mails kommen auch nicht aus Deutschland sondern werden automatisch übersetzt

They are a liar and a thief. I placed my order in November 2023, and it wasn’t delivered. I kept emailing them, and I got a response from someone called Joy Mauarcher, who is the sales director. However, the response was not helpful, as she/he just asked me to wait. It's been 7 months since I placed my order and I still haven't received my money back or the order. When I tried to email them recently, my message was blocked."Your message to support@mauarcher.. has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.” my first email to them was the 9th of December!!
Please don’t buy from them the worst experience ever

Do not buy this brush it's a load of rubbish, my partner bought the Phillips sonicare a much better brush and won't break after a few months like the MauArcher one did. Tried to get hold of customer services to get a replacement they asked me to send videos etc which I did showing it not being able to charge etc. Heard nothing back then tried to contact them to see what's going on and now they have blocked my email address. Sent another off my other email address but heard nothing !! Do not trust these shizters... Brush is rubbish and service is terrible if I could review with zero stars I would have.

Jammer dat ik niet eerst alle reviews heb gelezen. Paar minuten nadat ik de bestelling had geplaatst heb ik gelijk een mail gestuurd om aan te geven de bestelling per direct te annuleren. Na paar minuten kreeg ik een mail terug met een melding dat mijn mail is geblokkeerd! Dat is wel heel raar.. even afwachten anders wordt het strijden met dit bedrijf en aangezien ik het via Klarna hebt betaald zal ik het ook met Klarna moeten uitvechten
