I too read the reviews for this product, even on here, before purchase. Reviews were gleaming and in all searches on various sites they came up number one in the top five best Toothbrushes on the market. I purchased on 14th June 2024, and as another mentioned the bad reviews suddenly came up. I checked if it had been dispatched before cancelling and it hadn't. I emailed to cancel the order and sent a screenshot to them as proof they hadn't yet dispatched the item. Against my wishes they still posted it, and offered 3% of the purchase price if I keep it, of which I declined. Several emails sent, latest telling them they must have the product back, a full refund and pay for all return fees as a tracked and signed package. I have also advised them if they do not I will send all evidence to my credit card company and report them as scam so I can get my money back.

Toothbrush completely broke after 4 months of use and zero help from the company to get it fixed or replaced. Really poor product and customer service - don't waste your time with this.

In the process of using this electric toothbrush, I feel the convenience and comfort it brings. Moreover, it has low noise and is very quiet to use. I am very satisfied with its performance.

Its bristles are soft and delicate, and can clean deep into the teeth, effectively preventing the formation of dental plaque. Moreover, its vibration frequency is moderate and will not irritate teeth and gums. After using it, my teeth have become whiter and healthier.

Since I changed to this electric toothbrush, I have completely bid farewell to the tediousness of manual brushing. It is easy to operate, one-button start, and has excellent cleaning effect. I am very satisfied with its performance and now I can't live without it.

I am very satisfied with the performance of this MauArcher electric toothbrush. It has moderate vibration intensity and feels very comfortable to use. I use it to brush my teeth every morning and evening, and I feel that my oral health has been greatly improved.

This electric toothbrush has a super long battery life. I only need to charge it once after using it for more than a month. This saves the trouble of frequent charging and makes me more dependent and trusting of MauArcher.

As soon as I clicked to purchase these reviews came to light. Within seconds , literally, I tried to withdraw my purchase...my frantic messages went into the ether until a day later when I was told it was too late it had been shipped . They don't include a receipt or returns label. The "sales director" told me I'd have to send pictures of it unopened , pay the postage to China, an admin fee and shipping tax. How Facebook can allow people like this to trade is beyond belief. I am still trying to resolve the matter, and no the package hasnt been opened. AVOID THESE PEOPLE

I found that my gum bleeding problem has been significantly improved since I used the MauArcher electric toothbrush. Its gentle and effective cleaning method makes my mouth healthier.

The brush head of the MauArcher electric toothbrush is soft and comfortable, and it will not irritate my gums. Every time I brush my teeth, it feels like I am enjoying a gentle massage.

I ordered before reading reviews, so was a little concerned.

The packaged wasn't dispatched until I chased them up and then arrived in under a week from China.

First impression, the set is well presented and looks decent quality, each part has its
own bag/case, there are also a few spare heads for the toothbrush too. The quality of the actual toothbrush heads doesn't look quite as good as the rest of the product and the bristles are very soft. The toothbrush itself is simple to use and works as expected, the water flosser takes some getting used to and I manage to get water literally everywhere, I'm undecided if it's any good or not, but it works as expected and no leaks. The manual implies each product has a charging cable, you get one. I think it would have been better if they were USB to USB-C for charging as that's pretty standard these days.

So, overall, the product looks good and seems to be reasonable quality, I think personally it's a little overpriced and I wouldn't bother with the water flosser. But my experience isn't as bad as many others here have posted, It isn't a scam.

If the main thing you want is an electric toothbrush, just spend £100 elsewhere on that, if you also want a water flosser, then this probably is an okay deal for you.

I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after the transaction, having seen these reviews. They said that the order is already shipped and couldn’t cancel. That’s an obvious lie so I’m now having to go through the process of trying to get my money back. Wish I’d read the reviews, there’s so many scam sites out there

Jammer dat je minstens 1 ster moet toekennen want dit Chinees bedrijf dat poseert als een Nederlands is gewoon een bende fraudeurs! Je kan je bestelling niet annuleren want ze beweren dat de artikelen reeds verstuurd zijn maar je kan ze ook niet retourneren want ze weigeren een retouradres op te geven! Op de website is nergens een Nederlands contactadres te vinden, enkel -helemaal verborgen in hun oneindige pagina's voorwaarden- een obscure firmanaam en adres in Hong-Kong...
Wanneer je de elektrische tandenborstelset, die 3 weken onderweg is geweest, eíndelijk thuiskrijgt, wordt je achteraf verweten dat je de doos hebt opengemaakt, maar hoe kan je anders het product zelfs nog maar bekijken???
Dit is duidelijk een frauduleuze organisatie die je zoveel mogelijk geld wil ontnemen zonder er enige kwaliteit tegenover te stellen!
Ik raad iedereen die door dit bedrijf bedrogen werd, aangifte te doen bij de economische inspectie.

Both toothbrush and flosser are very good products. Once Charged, battery lasts up to 2 weeks with 2 people using at least twice a day. The down side is their after sales service. Started having charging issues after about 3 months of use. One day it would work fine, the next it would take an age to start charging. Had to keep dis/connecting the charging cable to get it to work. Eventually had enough and contacted MauArcher and after exchanging emails for over 2 weeks, including photos and videos, showing the issue they offered a replacement but I had to pay £15 postage. Replacement brush and charging base arrived but no charging cable. Plugged in to charge, exact same problem. Contacted them and asked for new cable. Told they wouldn't supply and I would have to buy a new one as they have said it must be misuse!! Too say I'm confused is an understatement.

Ein sehr schlechtes Produkt. Die Zahnbürste putzt nicht richtig und die Munddusche ist nach 5 Sekunden leer. Die Rückgabe wurde nicht gewünscht und so bleibt man auf dem Schrott sitzen.
Bestes Produkt? Fehlanzeige!

Same as everyone else,Emails backwards and forwards, Photos of unopened package, offered to pay all fees duty, but of course under no circumstances will they give a return address. Anyone tried their 80 Charlotte Street W1T 4QS Address?. I added a comment about Scam companies in a daily paper, mentioning this awful company.
