Prima tandenborstel, maar er zijn geen losse opzetborstels te koop. Daar zit je dan met een prima apparaat zonder borstel.

Underbar tandborste.Kan inte finnas en bättre.Många borstningar utan laddning.

So this toothbrush is brilliant. BUT be careful! There is a Chinese site that have taken over the order page or some of them and you pay the same but receive a Chinese toothbrush that is made to look like this brand. It’s missing the brand name on the toothbrush. Useless! The original is great but the fake is poor. I bought the original first time and was scammed next time. I went via the correct link but if you check before paying the name changes. Double check or call them to order.

I emailed to cancel order 1 hour after I placed order.3 days later after 2 further emails mr joy replied that pack has been shipped and cannot be cancelled. I had already informed my banks credit card department and asked for charge back when I didn't get reply to my first email. I returned item without opening it to Southall address signed for delivery and proof of postage which I sent to my bank when my charge back was challenged haven't heard from them since

Nach nicht mal 1 Jahr lässt sich die Bürste einfach nicht mehr starten-egal was ich versuche. Um den Preis kann man sich eindeutig mehr erwarten. Wenn sie funktioniert geht sie gut,leider funktioniert sie nicht lange...

Toujours compliqué à charger. Chargeur en panne au bout deux an.

Wir bestellten die mauArcher Schallzahnbürste mit Munddusche und Zubehör als Set, da sie augenscheinlich im Test sehr gut abgeschnitten hatte.
Innerhalb kürzester Zeit nach 5maligem Benutzen löste sich die Schweißnaht des Wassertanks auf.
Trotz Garantie und dem Übersenden zahlreicher Fotos, gab es endlose Diskussionen per E-Mail wegen eines Ersatztanks. Diesen erhielten wir nur gegen Zahlung von Versandkosten von €15,-.
Unklar ist auch, wie man an Ersatzzahnbürsten kommt.

I purchased toothbrush pack which included flosser and extra brush heads, it stopped charging after 4 months, cost approx $AU260. Contacted support immediately sent video as requested, but they enabled my emails and I’ve never heard back!

Precies 1 jaar geleden de tandenborstel gekocht. Zeer enthousiast erover, maar nu is de accu defect en de website bestaat niet meer. Het lijkt of het apparaat nu een andere naam heeft.

Ga nu toch maar voor een vertrouwd merk kijken ipv een ogenschijnlijk goedkoop chinees merk.
De monddouche hebben we nooit gebruikt en ik heb nu ook niks meer aan de extra tandenborstels.

Une arnaque complète, pas tenue un an.passez votre chemin, quand vous les contactiez...Pas de réponses...FUYEZ...

I bought mine in 2023 and had a problem with charging the toothbrush. The company - after asking me to send video evidence of the issue - did send a replacement - not just charger but whole thing. It turned out to be the lead going to the charger.
I’ve just recently been looking for replacement toothbrush heads (btw they are not the same as Phillips sonicare)
And the website does seem to have disappeared. So the company may have folded.
I noticed in my search a toothbrush that looks very similar so have ordered the toothbrush heads from there - fingers crossed.

Ich hatte das komplette Set mit Munddusche und Zahnbürste + Zusatzbürsten bestellt. Die Munddusche ist soweit OK; allerdings lösen sich die Aufsätze zu leicht während der Nutzung ab.
Die Zahnbürste - die recht gut funktionierte - lies sich plötzlich nicht mehr ausschalten... Beim Laden tut außer dem grünen LED nichts. Zahnbürste komplett tot.
Dafür ist der Spaß zu teuer gewesen :-((

Up until recently I had been very pleased with the toothbrush however it appears to have developed a problem. When being used the vibration is making a loud buzzing noise like there is a problem with the shaft

I wrote to them on 5/4/25 (with a couple of follows ups) as the toothbrush was only just over 12 months old I’d have expected something / a reply at best. Needless to say I have not received any responses and it looks like the website has disappeared. Looks like I’ll have to cut my losses.

Ich kann die negativen Erfahrungen nur bestätigen, sind definitiv kein Fake. Zahnbürste ließ sich nach 3 Monaten nicht mehr laden, sollte Videos in allen Varianten senden. Nach 15 Emails mit ständig der selben Aufforderung um neue Videos wurde mein Account gesperrt. Zahnbürste war ein Geschenk an meinen Mann, Geld futsch und viel Ärger um nichts...,

AVOID ! Broke 12 months after buying. The website is down... Still waiting for a reply from the customer service but little hope on that front. I feel like I have been scammed by false advertising and I just ordered a Philips that comes with warranty from the retailer.

Super goede tandenborstel de tandarts zegt dat me tanden goed schoon zijn maar nadeel je kan geen opzetborstels bestellen zit je te kijken met je tandenborstel .😞😞😞

I bought a MaArcher water flosser in September 2023 and it has now, just one and a half years later, failed. The battery fails to charge. I know it is out of warranty but to be quite honest I would have expected a product like this to last longer than just one and a half years. I feel this is a shoddy product.

Die Zahnbürste funktioniert das dritte Mal nicht, habe zweimal Ersatz erhalten, das letzte Mal mit Versandkosten um die 15€, da der Firmensitz sich in England befindet!!
Der Kauf erfolgte, da das Produkt als Testsieger hervorging!!
