The Toothbrush broke exactly 12months after purchasing. The website states their vision is to prevent increase in landfill and that their product is repairable. My Toothbrush does no longer charge and having contacted the customer service team I was told it was out of warranty. I asked how to get it repaired and I've been ghosted. It's a total waste of money. Company is based in China and took ages for delivery. I would nit recommend whatsoever. I suggest for £100 get a recognisable brand that is trusted

Heb deze 3 weken geleden besteld en heb hem nooit ontvangen. Na enkele email zeggen ze dat de post de bestelling kwijtgeraakt heeft en dat ik zelf contact moet opnemen met de post. Hoe arrogant is dat. Geen tandenborstel en geen geld terug. Bey bey 142€. Bestel er nooit meer iets.

My dentist - private - has just told me my teeth are brilliant for the second time and nothing needs doing, not even a clean !
I am 70 and have used the brush twice a day for 15 months and it works and is comfortable to use with no gum discomfort !

Joy works for MauArcher. I know her quite well by now and can vouch for her dishonesty, obfuscation, and arrogance.
"The item has shipped", said Joy, "too late to cancel." And 10 days later it arrives with a sender's address in Middlesex. Return to sender, right? Wrong. "You must send returns to China." insists Joy. Why? Because - as she's at pains to point out - it might not arrive....or it might get damaged...and blah blah risk...blah blah no refund. All the classic BS that seems to accompany a lot of the goods (and people) made in China. That once great civilisation is reduced to weasels like Joy.

Vorrei rassicurare che il prodotto esiste sinceramente dopo aver letto le recensioni mi ero preoccupato che effettivamente fosse una truffa e che non avrei ricevuto nulla, invece quando oramai le speranze di ricevere la merce fossero quasi svanite l'ho ricevuto (10 gg), quindi almeno il prodotto esiste non ho buttato al vento i soldi. Sulla qualità mi astengo per il momento da giudizi lo devo provare anche perché non ho mai usato uno spazzolino elettrico e quindi non posso paragonarlo ad altra esperienza. Certo confermo che contattare con l'azienda e frustante non hai risposte certe, se rispondono, solo un numero di tracciabilità che comunque non da nessun risultato aumentando il dubbio della fregatura. Al senno del poi non so se ne vale la pena forse conviene valutare altre proposte tra le più note per evitare sorprese, ora comunque spero che almeno funzioni decentemente. Potrebbe anche essere un buon prodotto ma il post vendita deve essere migliorato moltissimo per dare credibilità all'azienda e sicurezza al cliente. Valuto tre stelle perché l'ho ricevuto, visto le recensioni è già un successo, ora lo provo e poi darò la valutazione sul prodotto.

Bonjour tout le monde et bien je m'y attendais pas j'ai acheté une brosse à dents de cette marque bidon un an et trois mois après elle tombe en panne incroyable mais vrai elle se charge plus 130 € dans le baba j'ai une brosse à dents Oral-B ça fait 5 ans et elle fonctionne toujours incroyable évitez cette marque

The toothbrush is actually very good at doing the job. However, mine has just failed at 14 months old. It was barely used in that time, probably being used as a full time brush for 6m only. I have contacted customer services who at first blush were attentive and expressed concern. I submitted videos and photos as requested and have since heard nothing despite a chase up from me. I am very disappointed in their service. I get the impression that they just don't care. Oddly, forgetting warranties and guarantees, this product shouldn't fail after 14m, no product should. This product should run and run for years.

Jag förstår inte alla negativa omdömen. Jag har nu haft min i över ett år. Det är den bästa tandborsten jag haft och jag har haft många. Den gör rent och min tandläkare tycker att mina tänder blivit mycket renare. Dessutom håller laddningen länge.

Ik begrijp niks van de negatieve berichten, wij hebben vorig jaar juni de tandenborstel met waterpik gekocht en zijn er uitermate tevreden over, product werd binnen 2 weken geleverd en we zijn nog steeds heel tevreden. Ook de waterpik is super, mijn dochter heeft er een van Philips en zegt dat die van ons veel beter schoonmaakt.

Ik zie nu wel, terwijl ik wat extra borsteltjes wil bestellen dat het schijnbaar helemaal niet meer te krijgen is in NL dus dat is HEEL waardeloos!
(Wel in UK IT FR ESP te bestellen)

I Have had it for more than one year now and I have chergerd it abiut 6 times only!.
It is allso efficient and does the job very well.
I would clearly reccomend it to anyone!!

Commande passée il a près de 15 jours. Malgré plusieurs relances, je n'ai eu qu'une première réponse après 10 jours, absolument sans queue ni tête. Finalement, ce soir, apres près de 15 jours, bing, commande reçue. Tant mieux mais aucune information sur l'envoi et le suivi du colis. Bon le principal c'est de recevoir la commande mais vraiment service client pas possible. Je soupçonne une IA vu la réponse.

Sinds ‘n paar maanden gebruiken we de electrische tandenborstel van Mauarcher. Onze tandarts kan er niet over uit hoe schoon onze gebitten zijn. Veel stiller dan andere merken, en met de functies clean, white, polish of gum care altijd de beste hoeveelheid bewegingen. Geeft elke 30 sec een stopsignaal zodat je alle kanten van je gebit gelijkmatig schoonhoudt.
Met aquapick, extra borstels, reistasje en opbergbox.

Ein Stern ist zuviel, muss jedoch angegeben werden, um eine Beurteilung abgeben zu können.

Ich habe diesen Schrottartikel schon mehrfach bei der Firma reklamiert - nichts passiert. Es kommen nur immer Mails, in denen ich aufgefordert werde, Fotos zu schicken, irgend etwas an der Zahnbürste zu drehen usw. Das Geld ist futsch, so kann man auch reich werden.

Meine früheren Rezensionen sind nicht mehr vorhanden, wieso eigentlich? Sie waren genauso schlecht wie jetzt.

Da die Firma im Ausland ist und offenbar chinesischen Schrott verkauft, muss man sicherlich sein Geld in den Wind schreiben.

Also nicht kaufen.

Giudizio. Dalle recensioni lette direi che a me è andata bene. Ho ricevuto quanto ordinato dopo circa 20 gg, ci sta per la provenienza. Giudizio estremamente negativo sulla azienda, ho scritto tre mail per avere notizie sul recapito, hanno risposto ad una soltanto Voto 1 per il post vendita.

Le seul instant où j'aurais donné une bonne note c'est à la lvraison de 4 appareils au printemps 2024!....Mais l'appareil jet dentaire de mon épouse ne fonctionne pas bien et ne tient pas la charge. J'ai contacté par mail Mauarcher et là....oh surprise....je tombe sur un dialogue de sourd ou plutôt débile qui n'arrive pas à comprendre quel type d'appareil est en panne. En fait , je pense que les réponses sont élaborées par intelligence artificielle !!!!.... Toujours le même type de réponses : "prenez des videos de la charge et nos ingenieurs étudierons...."
Pas de S.A.V ....entreprise étrangère à fuir !

Anfangs war die Zahnbürste Super. Nach etwas über einem Jahr liess sich die Batterie nicht mehr laden. Ich wollte das Gerät an die Firma zur Begutachtung schicken, sie meinten dann die Garantie sei abgelaufen da könne man nichts mehr mache. Finger weg von dieser Firma.
