TOTAL SCAM

Chinese scam front company in the UK, they have a UK website and there is nothing showing that the site actually buys and ships from a factory in Shenzhen. When I discovered this I asked for a refund and told them I would return the package to sender, and this "customer service" person JOY just said that there is no after-sales or refund, even though they say there is.

I bought a charger from them recently. They acknowledged the order took the money and now all gone quiet. I would suggest keep away at all cost. Although a UK contact they are certainly not here.

Do not order from this company! I asked them to cancel my order after seeing all the terrible reviews, they ignored my emails, 5 days later they tell me they’ve dispatched my order so can’t cancel it. So they’ve conveniently ignored my emails until it’s too late to cancel. I’ve now asked how to return it several times and they just reply with the same email saying it’s been dispatched. They won’t tell me how to return it. Shocking company, shocking customer service. STEER CLEAR!!

Lovely product and great presentation.

Great company until something goes wrong and then they simply don't care. In other words, non customer focused Chinese company simply put to make money. They couldn't care less about customer satisfaction

Bought two less than a year ago, one for myself and one for my girlfriend. Mine lasted eight months and will not charge at all. I’ve bought cheaper brands which have lasted years

Product ok to start with but lost my charger. Took several days for customer service to understand that I needed a replacement charger then several days to receive the docking station to charge the product but no cable sent at a cost of over £14 😡

PS flosser is rubbish

Tandborsten gör inte rent ordentligt. Fortfarande beläggning kvar. Köpte en annan (oral b) som gör rent 100% bättre. Laddstationen slutade fungera och företaget (MAUARCHER) vägrar skicka en ny utan kostnad. De vill att jag betalar 15 euro för frakten. Tandborsten och laddaren är inte ens ett år gammal.

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt erschrocken von alle diesen schlechten Kommentaren und Bewertungen:( ich frage mich wirklich ob dies der Wahrheit entspricht oder nur eine Masche ist die Konkurrenz aus dem Spiel zu jagen? Ich bin mehr als Positiv überrascht, vor allem die schnellen Email die ich erhalten habe mit beruhigenden Sätzen und der Versicherung das es unterwegs zu mir ist obwohl ich zwischenzeitlich schon kurz davor war das Geschäft zu widerrufen.
Mein kurzes Fazit Datum 06.09.2024 27.08.24 bestellt bis hin zur Auslieferung gute Zeit 06.09.24, sicher verpackt und mit sehr viel Zubehör:D das macht so richtig Freude.
Habe meine Zähne das 1. Mal mit einer ultrasonic Technik bestücken E-zahnbürste geputzt und positiv überrascht, selbst der Plaq test war gut abgeschlossen.
Die Munddusche und zahnzwischenräume Dusche muss ich noch testen denn diese muss erst geladen werden vor dem erstem Gebrauch.

Ich muss nach meiner letzten beurteilung noch einmal schreiben. Die Firma will Fotos, die man gar nicht abli chten kann, wenn der Rüssel nämlich weggeschossen wird von dem Druck und dann das ganze Bad und man selbst nassgespritzt ist. Die Anschrift der Firma kann ich nicht finden, so dass ich das Betrugsobjekt nur noch wegwerfen kann und damit 129 Euro futsch sind. Enttäuschend ist das Urteil von Stiftung Warentest

Fuyez ce site si vous ne voulez pas qu’ils vous arrivent la même mésaventure que moi. En effet j’ai été séduit par l’offre sur les brosses à dents et la publicité de leurs produits. C’est vrai que le site est bien fait et les vidéos intéressantes !
Mais ce n’est qu’un leurre qui masque la médiocrité de leur produit.
À peine quelques mois d’utilisation et les deux brosses à dents achetées ne fonctionnent plus!
J explique au service client les défauts affichés et demande d’obtenir une nouvelle brosse à dents neuve en remplacement profitant de la garantie.

Après divers échanges par mails et l’envoi de vidéo pour montrer le dysfonctionnement de la brosse à dents, je finis par en recevoir une autre .
Et figurez-vous que cette brosse à dents 15 jours après vient de tomber également en panne en présentant exactement le même dysfonctionnement …
C’est absolument scandaleux !
Soi disant que les ingénieurs se penchent sur la problématique de votre problème, mais j’ai l’impression que ce n’est que du pipeau. Ou alors ils sont vraiment nuls ?
Par conséquent n’achetez rien sur ce site car je vous assure que vous allez avoir que des problèmes avec leurs brosses à dents. Il suffit de lire les avis pour s’en convaincre.
Les prix sont attractifs mais la s’arrête leur compétence.
Il vaut mieux acheter un produit de leur concurrent, certes plus onéreux, mais en garantissant la fiabilité !
Je vous laisse deviner dans quel pays les brosses à dents sont fabriquées ?

Finger weg von diesem, extrem unseriösen, Unternehmen. Hier bekommt man absoluten Schrott und den denkbar schlechtesten Kundenservice überhaupt. Die elektrische Zahnbürste hat nur 5 Monate funktioniert und die Munddusche war unbrauchbar. Nach unzähligen E-Mails hin und her gebe ich nun auf, denn an einen Garantieanspruch ist nicht zu denken. Wieder mal gelernt und 150 € verbrannt. Dieses Unternehmen ist eine Schande für die gesamte Branche!!!!

Na een defecte tandenborstel en een aantal mail,s hebben ze mij keurig geholpen door een nieuwe tandenborstel op te sturen! Hoe dan ook ik ben tevreden.

So, the more I look into this company the more obvious it is that it's a SCAM. No phone number supplied. No answer to numerous emails except sporadically, totally ignoring previous questions and saying "just try it, you might like it". The tracking number supplied is not recognised by Fasttrack

They are not based in the UK despite their misleading UK website and if you try to return a product, they refuse to refund you.

Anyway, I hope this stops somebody else from the frustrating experience.

Rookie error. Presumably this "influencer" is not a real person at all.

Canceled order within minutes but funnily enough, no response... until next day when they were delighted to tell me my order had been shipped.

Sent several emails since then (including 1 asking about my cooling period under EU law) & surprise, surprise, radio silence.

No doubt I'll get a reply once the cooling off period expires.

Impossible de faire jouer son droit de rétractation.
J'essaie depuis mon achat d'obtenir l'adresse pour retourner les produits que je n'ai pas ouverts. On fait tout pour me dissuader. On me propose une remise... Et je n'ai toujours pas l'adresse de retour. Pourtant ce n'est pas faute de l'avoir réclamé depuis le début.... UN CONSEIL FUYEZ!!!!!

Koop hier nooit iets! Ik had helaas reeds besteld alvorens ik de reviews las. Het is een bedrijf dat producten uit China verzendt. Paar mails over en weer,ik moest foto s van de nog gesloten verpakking verzenden. Voor retour. Dat deed ik. En kreeg als antwoord dat de retour zelf moest betaald worden naar China. En dat je 10% moest laten vallen van de bestelling. Je kreeg geen terugbetaling, maar ze stellen dan voor om 5% te betalen en dat je het kado doet aan iemand anders.

Gelukkig heb ik klarna achteraf betalen aangeduid,en heb met hen contact genomen. Ik heb nog niks betaald en ga dat ook niet doen. Geldwolven en een louche zaak is dit!!!!🤬😡😡

I thought I did due diligence in researching the best toothbrush and water flosser on the market...however, I shamefully missed the accurate reviews stating 'DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!' The toothbrush is okay but having seen reviews regarding the poor battery life, I now have doubts to its longevity. The water flosser is awful!!! 2 of the 4 flosser attachments do not lock in, and are therefore useless. The flosser unit has to be angled by twisting your hand as the attachment cannot be turned 360°, this makes operating it very clumsy. The water force is strong and uncontrollable, this causes pain and doesn't enable the user to clean effectively around the mouth. The reservoir takes very little water, so it needs constantly refilling. I contacted the supplier and received a reply from Joy who requested a photo of the packaging and asked if it had been opened; I sent photos and confirmed it had. The response was that as the plastic covering on the box had been broken, they could/would not refund or replace the product. I replied to state that they have an obligation to refund or replace a faulty item, and that I fail to see how anyone can operate an electrical item without opening the box!!!! They are now ignoring my follow up messages! Buyers considering this product and this company....DON'T DO IT!!! Researchers and research services need to delve deeper into suppliers code of practice before giving marks out of 10!
