Issues with delivery service and plants poor.

I received a response from Marshalls stating that they had sent a replacement of my order, however, "The Replacement" is because my original order did not arrive.

The quality reference is about "The Replacement".

Received the ordered plugs in excellent condition. Potted them up and pleased with the very healthy plants. Highly recommend

The packaging was very poor split boxes and the plants were out of their containers even the delivery people said their van was full of soil the plants are pulling themselves together c what happens packaging needs to improve

great web site with lots to choose from. I am now planting the Christmas potatoes, already growing well in the bags and soil I got from the web site. you can get all you need in one go.

The order was never delivered. I received no information, and had to contact Evri directly. The plants had apparently been damaged and could not be delivered, and would be returned to Marshalls. I contacted Marshalls as I heard nothing. I spoke to someone, and I believe I have rearranged the order, but still no information or confirmation form Marshalls. Dreadful customer service

Efficient delivery, on time. Product good.

The plants arrived on time, carefully packed, and in good, perfectly ready for planting out.

I ordered some winter spinach, but when I opened the delivery, 11 out of the 12 plants were completely squashed. I subsequently planted them in the polytunnel, but it seems the 11 plants are unlikely to survive.

Stocking up on seeds ready for next year, sometimes difficult to get small cue seeds.
I don’t drive any more and find it difficult to get to a garden centre so stocking up is best answer

Order destroyed by courier in transit. Was promised a replacement would be sent out following week. Still no sign 2 weeks later - veg plants so time sensitive, especially since I’m in Scotland.
Update- I've just been told that the order will be sent out from 21.9-31.9 so more than a month later than they were ordered for originally.

I had ordered Sprouting broccoli plug plants. They arrived packed very well. Plants were in great condition. They are in small pots now as the veg bed is not ready, doing well; thank you

Always dealt with politely staff very helpful and respectful

Plants were good but packaging hopeless, all plants out of their pots

The plants never made it to me after 2 weeks and you had no replacements. I have had a refund. Nothing wrong with Marshalls but please stop using Evri as they are hopeless!
