I ordered the winter spinach Bella”
I ordered the winter spinach Bella” . It took an age to be delivered by Evri , when it was eventually delivered it was dried out and all of the plants were dead. When I emailed and explained they offered me a full replacement. When the full replacement was delivered unbelievably the was 11 plants not the 12 that I ordered. Not very good and almost added insult to injury . Would I recommend ( not Sure) !!

A couple of weeks ago I took delivery of winter spinach plants. I point out that this is not a criticism of Marshalls but severe criticism of their
delivery service. All but 2 plants had been turned out of their plug containers, consequently the majority were crushed etc inside their net retaining covering. Rough and careless handling by Marshalls delivery service needs to be addressed.

Simple online ordering
Simple online ordering, with good email communications regarding my order. Unfortunately, of the 12 plugs ordered, half had been shaken out of the plant tray whilst in transit, was able to rescue all of them and all have now been planted out and are growing.

Went away for 3days leaving plants on utility window sill inside watered
Come back and one tray of plants stripped by little diddy caterpillars so hoping the remainder now planted outside thrive

Sadly.....
There was nothing wrong with the plants we received - the big let down was the delivery by Evri. Once again the box had been upside down and severely damaged in transit, the result being that all the contents were out of their containers and a lot of them damaged.
Unfortunately we cannot continue to buy plants from you while Evri is still making your deliveries.

Hydrangeas
The first hydrangea arrived in beautiful condition and was larger than we expected so we ordered a second one. The second delivery was not as good, the plant had been with Evri for several days and because it was wrapped in a paper bag instead of polythene it was very dry. Fortunately it has recovered with soaking.
