I purchased a backpack from the official website of the seller for €100. After i placed the order, i saw that the seller had a shop in Aliexpress. When i looked up for the same backpack in the Aliexpress shop, i realised that the price was €39,63 (including free shipping). This is very frustrating and got me irritated.

Took much longer than expected to arrive. And the tracking interface is not very informative.

The backpack is big and strong. Material is well. If there will be more pockets which are possible to zip them it would we great.

But generally this product is really good.

Earlier delivery then expected and quality of the bag.

I bought a backpack on April 1 and it still hasn't arrived.
when will I receive it?

Ya puse varios comentarios sobre este suceso. Al final, después de intercambiar casi 30 emails y 16 meses después, MarkRyden ha procedido a devolver la cantidad pagada por una mochila que no se envió y/o no se recibió. Agradezco a Adams como interlocutor su mediación (a él si se pueden poner 5 estrellas) aunque llevaba 4 meses tratando con él sin éxito.
No tengo la mochila que quería pero, al menos, devolvieron el dinero después del tiempo transcurrido.

I am waited 35 days to receive my backpack without any word from your side to say sorry for delayeddelivery or anything else.

I ordered a backpack, for a laptop, it arrived in 2 or 3 weeks, the quality is better than I expected, I use it every day, very comfortable, light and durable.

I would like to highlight the after-sales service department. We had a problem, and they solved it in a very positive way. I even got an extra product as compensation.

Order the laptop bag, bag never arrived. Wrote number of emails to the company and via FB account, never got the response or refund. Just recently, got an email the company started Kickstart campaign for product. Shameless. Stay away from the company and such terrible customer experience.

No refund was received. It has been more than a year, why refund now, when you didn't do it immediately?

Came in 2 weeks. There is nothing to say about the quality. The best bag I have ever used. The look is beautiful and stylish. There are pockets for everything you need. Especially the card pocket is so valuable. If you want to buy it, I recommend that you buy Compacto Pro,the 3 Pocket version. The separate laptop pocket is an additional protection for the laptop. I can put my 14' Macbook Pro without any problems. I think even a 15-16 inch will not be a problem. Having a separate pocket to put the power bank is very valuable. Also, you can put two sunglasses in the top pocket. A complete bag for daily use as well as traveling. highly recommended.

Order the backpack online from Amazon was told they were good quality what I found was the backpack seems to be in good quality but the power port on the side of the backpack did not work the cables that plugged into my external battery pack were damaged. I contacted Amazon Amazon promptly replace the backpack with another backpack of the same model that backpack also had the same problem so then I decided to get in touch with the manufacturer the manufacturer told me from there customer service department that they cannot help told me to get in touch with Amazon but would not give me a number or a contact I had 11 emails stating the same thing who to talk to at Amazon could not never get an answer they refuse to help me with my situation so I went back to Amazon Amazon made it right and now all I get is threatening emails from Mark Ryden this company is horrible that there is no customer service I hear they're in Canada but doing business in the United States as a US branded company. Do not do business with this company they have horrible business practices they will leave you standing as long as you pay for their lousy product they feel they owe you nothing. But their game is to run out the clock put you off put you off put you off and put you off until you just go away again do not buy anything from this company! MARKRYDEN GLOBAL LTD says this is a fake website.. These guys are trying everything to fix the reviews without fixing the horrible customer service! RUN from this company!

NCIE DESIGN AND COMPETITIVE PRICE

I ordered a backpack on Nov 13 that was only shipped 2 weeks later although I cancelled the order. I still don't know where the backpack is as the customer service doesn't respond. I'll report this company as fraudulent, please do the same if you experienced issues.

Bag never arrived!! It's a scam beware!
